This semi-detached Edwardian house is a spacious property only three minutes walk from the beach in the popular seaside village of Rhosneigr. Successfully renovated to offer well-equipped and welcoming accommodation across four bedrooms, the house includes a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, a utility room, a dining room and a cosy lounge. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

This property was lovely. We went with friends so altogether we were 4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 little ones plus 2 dogs. The property was clean and had everything we need. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a card as well as a Xmas tree and a turkey roasting dish in the oven (minus the turkey!) It was warm and cosy but we never felt on top of each other. The dogs used the utility room which was off the kitchen and straight outside so no muddy paws dragged through the house. It was a few minutes away from the beach, a few shops and a couple of restaurants and pubs. It was about a 10 min drive to supermarkets which was convenient. If I had to find fault there were 2 only - the Dvds didn't seem to work and the four poster mattress needed changing as it was very uncomfortable. I would quite happily stay there again.

The accomodation was nice but overpriced for what we got, the only complaint we had was the internal doors were definitely in need of maintenance, it was quite a struggle opening/shutting the bedroom doors this could of been hazardous if required to leave the house in an emergency situation as we really struggled to open the bedroom door (master bedroom with four poster bed) once shut, better door handles would resolve this.
Rhosneigr - lovely place, very picturesque, nice coastline and beach but not enough to do in the evening, although some nice bistro's there wasn't a great choice of bars/restaurants in the town in our opinion. The house was in perfect location for beach and town though. Maybe it would have been much better if weather had been decent as more time would have been spent on beach and exploring anglessey. Overall had better holiday experiences elsewhere.

We stayed in Rhwilas for a week at the beginning of October. The house is ideally situated close to the huge beach and seemingly never-ending dunes of Rhosneigr. It is very close also to RaF Valley and you will experience noise from the Jets as they frequently take off. We knew this before we went and to us it added to the experience but it may not appeal to everyone.
The house is spacious with original features like the tiled floors and high ceilings. It was clean and - once the heating came on - warm. Bed linen and towels are provided which is handy. There are 2 ensuite toilet/shower rooms, a main bathroom and a toilet/shower room downstairs off the utility room. There were only 2 of us so we did not need all those but they would be ideal if there were more people staying.
The kitchen is well equipped although there was only a 2 slice toaster which is not really adequate for 7 people. The cutlery could do with updating as it was plastic handled and on a lot of the items the metal bits were coming away from the plastic. On the scale of things these were very minor points that should not take anything away from a very nice holiday property. -

good stay. Would have, liked the heating to have been put on before our arrival due to the extremely cold weather Good coastal walks and close proximity to village with shops and reastaurants.

We stayed here for a week. The cottage was well equipped and comfortably furnished, with plenty of bathrooms for a large group. It had a secure garden and was within easy reach of the beach. The only downside was the standard of cleanliness; there was someone else's hair in the shower, a lot of dust under the settees and the garden needed a good weed and tidy up. A couple of minor improvements needed; the kitchen needed some bigger pots and pans especially as it was a 7berth house and the saucepans were family of 3 sized and it needed bins in the bathrooms. Other than this we had a lovely week's holiday. If these improvements were made I would recommend it.

we were a party of 6 adults+1 toddler.the house was ideal for us plenty of space never felt crowded.House very clean and well equipped.All the adults in the party were very impressed.Shops and beach within walking distance.The only downside was the R.A.F.Valley base nearby.Jets were taking off and landing on a regular basis from monday to friday very noisy!!!

Fabulous holiday in Rosneigr. The house we stayed in, Rhwilas had everything we could have asked for, very clean and a good location. The owners have taken a lot of care to renovate the property to a high standard and have thought of everything you could possibly need whilst away from home! The kitchen was very well equipped and we would definately consider staying there again, should it be available!! Also thanks to Sykes for your very good service.
