Contemporary and exclusive Villa with pool on a beautiful long and sandy beach in Riambel in the south of the island, very quiet, stunning views from the terrace and the 3 bedrooms over lagoon and sunsets.

The entire villa has Internet Wifi; TV in each bedroom and TV room;

The villa is spacious and fresh; It consists of 3 large bedrooms, each with air condition and bathrooms en suite

The main bedroom is a spacious suite on ground floor with huge glass doors to the pool and sea, 2 x 160 m double bed, big bathroom en suite/wc, office corner, big vestiaire, flat screen TV with Sat. Channels. Air Condition.

Bedroom 2 is on the first floor with wide glass windows and beautiful sea view; Double bed 200 x 160, en suite bathroom / wc, flat screen TV with satellite channels. Air conditioning.

Besides, a small relaxation area with TV, DVD.

Bedroom 3 is a suite on the first floor with wide glass windows and beautiful sea view; doublebed 200 x 160 m, lounge, en suite bathroom / wc, flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and 800 + dvd’s! Air conditioning.

On the ground floor;

1 TV room with satellite channels with large screen TV, DVD player, HiFi;

1 toilet

1 laundry /Ironing room

A large modern and fabulously equipped kitchen, 2 large fridges, including an American fridge with ice cube maker, coffee machine espresso Senseo;

Large veranda of 80 m2 with swimming pool and barbecue, sofas, dining table for 8 people, all this with stunning views over the garden and lagoon.

It is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and wood-fired barbecue.

2 maids take turns from 7:30 to 16h from Monday to Sunday including washing ironing and cooking lunch .

“Wonderful house with all the facilities”

This house is a real gem and we had a fantastic stay. Our friends get jealous when they see the pics. What impressed me most was all the equipment in the house, TV in every room, plenty plugs for charging phones and fans etc. Lovely big patio onto a great pool. Computer and WI FI at a work station in the main bedroom. WiFi throughout. Enough cutlery and crockery, cupboards, big fridge etc Laundry and very friendly and helpful staff. Aircons in all the rooms. BBQ area can do with some chairs. Kitchen needs an Ice bucket. WE had a great stay, my only concern was that we were charged for a cupboard railing that broke, through wear-and -tear, and the owner said we are responsible even if it is wear-and -tear. We paid but were not happy. The other items we broke, like glasses etc were understandably our fault and we took full responsibility and paid, but not the cupboard. That is unfair, irrespective of the amount.

“Comfortable and beautiful”

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and the owners and the staff are very friendly. The sea view is great and the kids enjoyed the pool.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
