We are conveniently located,15 minutes from the Vancouver International Airport and Canada Line (Transit), Buses are just out front of our house, 30 minutes from Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal to the Islands, 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver, 30 minutes to U.S. Border. Whether for business or pleasure,Our suite is centrally located to allow for quick and easy trips to your favorite destination or pastime.
Right at your door step you can go for a whale watching tour, biking, fishing, golf, sailing, kayaking, wineries, tennis and many more activities. Plus, you are less than an hour from skiing and snowboarding at Grouse Mountain and Mount Seymour and 2hrs from Whistler.
Welcome to historic Steveston Village, Richmond, BC. If you are an artist, a photographer or a Bird Watcher Steveston Village is the place to be. A great place to explore by foot or bike or even book a boat tour or be adventurous and go on a Whale Watching Tour. All of this is right at your door step. You will also find quaint little shops and cafes and a multitude of fine dining. Enjoy walks along the wharf and the trails which is just steps from our home. Or stay home and relax in our garden. During summer & fall The Cannery has the Farmers Market every other weekend. In the summer we have the Tall Ships come in, Sockeye Festival just down at the park and the parade goes right pass the house.
We are located across the street from the Gulf of Georgia Cannery a National Historic Heritage site that documents the history of the Salmon canning industry that flourished on the south arm of the Fraser river in the 19th century and shipped canned salmon around the world. We are a block and a half east of Garry Point park that sees the Fraser empty out to meet the Gulf of Georgia...next stop Vancouver Island. The West Dyke trail begins and will take you on a leisurely walk or bike ride to the North Arm of the Fraser where you can watch the planes take off from Vancouver International Airport or you can continue on and circumnavigate Lulu Island (Richmond).
Steveston Village is also known as "Storybrook" our village is featured in the TV Show "Once Upon a Time". If you come to visit you may stumble upon a set in the village. Right now they are busy filming (Godzilla) movie should be out late summer I believe.

Damage deposit is refundable but if we find the home needs excessive cleaning you will be deducted $25.00 per hour off the damage deposit.
We ask our guests to keep our home clean and wipe up spills immediately and maintain it to the same standard and condition as when they took occupancy. The turnover fee is there to sanitize the home and pay for dry cleaning of linens and duvets after each guests stay.
Please remember we are not a hotel but a home and we may have guests coming to stay after you.
