Set only 15 minutes' stroll from the amenities of Richmond, Lavendar Cottage is in a courtyard with a few other properties. There are two bedrooms here - a double and a twin - plus a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Just returned from a lovely, relaxing stay at Lavender Cottage, Reeth Road, Richmond. From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The cottage is part of a four cottage renovation and has a lovely courtyard which is interlinked with the other cottages, this came in handy on the two scorching days we had as we sat with a glass of wine. Lavender Cottage was a good choice as it had its own secure, gated car parking adjacent to the cottage. The other cottages had parking about 100yds round the corner so would have been a bit of a trek with our cases and bags as we never travel lightly! The cottage itself is clean, bright, airy and lovely and cosy. It had everything we needed and although there is no wi fi it was nice to just switch off and relax. The beds were comfy and the only thing I would suggest would be lined curtains in the bedrooms as our bedroom flooded with light from around 4am. The big bonus about these cottages is that they are so close to the centre of Richmond, it was about 10mins stroll into the centre which meant the car rarely left its parking space. We took our little dog amber with us and she enjoyed herself immensley. Richmond is so dog orientated that most pubs etc allow dogs in and even bring them water and treats! I can recommend amontola Indian restaurant as the food is amazing and the food is great from Figaro pizzeria.
