2 br 2bath home, can sleep 8, comfortable, affordable, quiet and private. Large private backyard with screen lanai for wildlife viewing and just kicking back. Plenty of parking. Nice neighborhood with winding streets and twisty oak trees, great for evening strolls, runs or bike rides. Very close to the Withlacoochee Trail, Croom motorcycle trails, Withlacoochee river, and interstate 75. Tampa in 40 minutes, Orlando in 60. Great for the golfer. 30 courses with in 30 minutes. Quiet established neighborhood with winding streets and twisty oaks. Great place for evening strolls to view sunset on the lake. Hike or bike the Withlacoochee Trail, canoe the Withlacoochee River. ATV or dirt bike on the Croom Trails. Go to the Little Everglades Steeplechase, Play a different golf course every day of the month with 30 courses with in 30 minutes. Explore nature at the cypress preserve, Croom wildlife area and Silver lake. Pine Island Beach, Weeki Wachee , Jenkin's Creek and Linda Pedersen Park are on the Nature coast and just a short drive. Tampa International Airport is about 50 minutes away. Shopping with in 4 miles. Antiquing in Dade City. Busch Gardens 35 minute drive and the Orlando attractions can be reached about an hour. The gulf beaches are the best, explore them all.

We golfed, walked and ejoyed the weather. It is close to many towns and shopping and yet away from the traffic of a city. The home is very comfortable and clean and the lanai is a great place to enjoy the Florida weather. I loved the twisty oaks with the moss hanging from them. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay very much.
