With great second-story views of our inspiring San Juan Mountains, you will love this newly built (2007) 1,000 square foot, two-bedroom suite featuring its own private bath and fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, and dining facilities. The suite is smoke and pet free and features allergen barrier bedding, and an AccuClean(TM) Whole Home Air Filtration System.

The suite is ideally located between Telluride and Ouray along the San Juan Skyway - perhaps the most scenic of the entire Colorado Scenic and Historic Byway System. This paved highway forms a 236 mile loop in the heart of southwest Colorado's magnificent San Juan Mountains. The suite is only 37 highway miles from Telluride's incredible snow skiing and summer festivals yet only a short walk or drive to Ridgway and Ouray's natural hot springs, affordable shops, great restaurants, historic attractions and outdoor activities.

Nightly and Weekly Rates are for up to two guests. Up to three additional guests add $15/night and $90/week each. Weekly rates require Saturday check-in. Year round add 8.5% state and local taxes, $2/night Ridgway lodging tax and $50/stay cleaning fee. Taxes do not apply on rentals exceeding 30 consecutive nights in duration. Monthly rate in effect January through May for calendar months with the entire total rent paid in advance, requires bi-weekly cleaning service at $50 each also paid in advance in addition to the total rent, and is subject to availability and a four guest maximum.

Our family -- Mom and Dad (73), daughter (49), and teenaged grandchildren -- really enjoyed our stay at the Cow Creek guest house. It was a comfortable base for our hiking and jeep adventures in the area. The place is on the second floor above the antique store and is like brand new. Everything clean and in its place. Mary Beth, the proprietor, was very helpful and accommodating. Nice deck on back with table and chairs was a comfortable place to hang out and enjoy the view.
Internet connection was weak. We were able to access it using our PC laptop but not with the iPad (which has a smaller antenna). -

It is so nice to go on a vacation and stay in a place that is so warm, clean and accomodating it feels almost as if you never left home. Ridgway is such a beautiful town already and is surely complimented by this little gem that is Mary Beth and Bob Kelly's vacation rental. The stay was everything we could have hoped for and we hope that we can stay again soon. Thank you very much for allowing us to experience what hospitality truly means.

My stay at the Cow Creek Suite was very nice the suite was clean, very comfortable and kid friendly.The location is in a nice place. The view was absolutely breathtaking.My over all stay was great. I loved being there.
