Settlements can be traced back to 1513. The farm is located about 1.8 km from Riedering in a quiet location with beautiful views. The spas on Tinninger Lake (1 km) and Simssee (3 miles) are within a few minutes.

Directions:
If you come by car, take the A8 towards Salzburg, follow the direction towards Rosenheim and after about 4 km make a right towards Prien. After another two miles, turn left towards Riedering. At the entrance of a road go right towards "Goegging". On this road straight ahead and after a bit you can see the Gschwingerhof - the first farm on the right. If you come by train, get off in Rosenheim and take a taxi up to the top Gschwingerhof.
