Beautiful apartment with seaview on the top floors of the Hotel Cristallo (fifth and sixth floor), with independent entrance, elevator and private parking place. It has got a big dining room facing the sea and kitchenette with microwave and all the necessary.On the same floor there is a TV LCD, sofà bed, big balcony and one bathroom with shower. With circle stair you go on the attic room, where there is a double bed and one single bed, second bathroom with shower and washing machine, big terracy. Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura la prima settimana di ottobre. Premetto che cercavamo un posto molto tranquillo in cui rilassarci, magari vista mare. Il top sarebbe stato un appartamento -io non sopporto molto gli orari rigidi da Hotel- ma purtroppo soprattutto fuori stagione è difficile trovare qualche anima pia che ti conceda il lusso di un appartamento per soli 4 giorni di pernottamento. Tutto ciò è successo inaspettatamente con l'hotel Cristallo. Tramite questo sito ho scoperto che gli ultimi due piani sono adibiti ad appartamenti ad uso turistico e ho deciso di contattare la struttura per avere maggiori informazioni. Dopo un lungo e gentilissimo scambio di e-mail con il personale assolutamente solerte e competente abbiamo deciso di scegliere la struttura.
La struttura è in una laterale parallela al lungomare, ben tenuta e relativamente nuova.
Non vicinissima a piedi dal centro storico ma comunque ben collegata. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati gentilmente accompagnati in garage dal proprietario a depositare la macchina, lì ci aspettava la moglie con le chiavi dell'appartamento per accompagnarci e spiegarci un po' i percorsi. Appena arrivati in appartamento siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi per la piacevolezza dell'arredo e la straordinaria vista mare anche se laterale -non so se avete presente la riviera ad ottobre, senza milioni di teste in spiaggia...è fantastica-.
Noi avevamo prenotato l'attico Family che si snoda su due piani: il primo piano in entrata ha il cucinino, una tavola da circa 4 persone, un diavano, tv con digitale, porta a vetri scorrevole che immette sul terrazzino che si collega con la camera da letto. Sempre al primo piano c'è un bagno con doccia. Al secondo piano, che noi non abbiamo sfruttato perchè solamente in 2 persone troviamo un'altra camera da letto, sempre con tv ed un ulteriore bagno con lavatrice. Anche al secondo piano c'è un terrazzo molto più grande, sempre con vista mare e sdraio per prendere il sole.
In generale mi è piaciuta molto la struttura e l'appartamento, le uniche piccole note a sfavore -che non compromettono comunque il mio giudizio- sono che in cucina non ci sono tende (in camera da letto sì)...quindi in estate anche se c'è il climatizzatore il sole teoricamente disturba un po'; il materiale per la cucina è abbastanza basilare...male ad esempio non farebbe comperare una moka.
La pulizia era buona, direi nella media. Il problema del wi-fi obiettivamente non l'ho molto compreso, sembra che non sempre la linea arrivi costante ma...insomma...può succedere ogni tanto. Nel complesso andate tranquilli... -

We spent a wonderful week during the past winter. From the large windows we could see the sea of the coast. The attic is comfortable and equipped with every comfort. The staff were always helpful and friendly. See you soon, thanks!

We spent one week here at the end of august and this apartment was perfectly suited for our need even considering our toddler (microwave oven, wash machine, air conditioning).
On top of this, the apartment is big, with beautiful furniture and a breathtaking view.

the location,clean and confortable is near to the sea on the main streat with garage. Iliked it very much because very quite and with a beautiful shower. It was very nice to go in the hotel garden for a glass of wine and chat with the boys that run the all. Hope to meet you again.

You are far 100 meters from the sea but, when you are in this apartment you feel yourself closed to heaven! Calm and relax in a beautiful balcon and, in the night, you see the moon in the sky shining to your eyes. We were in one apartment with two levels: day and night divided by a stair. Wifi free and, if you want, the charm and the delicious meal if the restaurant. And, on top of all, probably the best relation price-quality we ever encountered in the last five years! To say nothing of the gourgeous breakfast! I'll recommend to all my friends.
