My family and I recently stayed at ocean terrace condo. The location was fantastic, right across from Sandy Beach and within walking distance to all beach bars. Three bedroom condo, full equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and even blowdryer and iron. Nice living area but what a wonderful outdoor living area on the rooftop with full kitchen, bathroom and barbecue area. Great view. Pool outside added bonus with outdoor shower and convenient outdoor bathroom. Property manager, talia, very helpful and even went out of her way to open door for us when we locked ourselves out. Great time, Great stay - would highly recommend.

Wow.. is one way to describe it, a Beautiful location, good energy in the house ..Loved how it was decorated and the warmness it provided. Great view and great location, beach is not far from the house at all. It was a comfortable stay all amenities needed were provided. Very well rounded place, not to mention the people renting it out were extremely helpful and kind. I look forward to vacationing in the home again!!

This condo is in an excellent location a block from Sandy Beach and Tamboo Nightclub. The best part was the rooftop patio with BBQ, sink, work area and bathroom. The condo was clean and comfortable with flatscreen TV and internet. I would definitely stay here again.

This place can be a little hard to find. The rooftop makes this unit worthwhile. The condition of the condo is just OK. You have to supply your own paper products and trash bags. The beds are uncomfortable, but it is convenient to several beaches, restaurants and bars. A good place for surfers and a younger crowd.
