50% rental charge is required to reserve.
Cancellation made more than 45 days prior to arrival date is subject to a $100 fee.
No refund for cancellation within 45 days of arrival date. If we are able to partially or fully rent your reserved period, we will refund the proportional amount less 10% fee.

This was the third time we have rented from Jose and as usual ever etching was perfect. The penthouse is lovely and it is a joy to be at Rincon. Each time we have return to Puerto Rico we have increased the amount of days we stay at the penthouse. Jose is the perfect host, very good at communicating with you regarding all details. The penthouse is well stocked, clean and comfortable. We would recommend the penthouse to anyone and look forward to many returns visits to Rincon.

We rented this and another condo in the same building. We selected the penthouse for the extended room. The group ranged from 2 to 72 with a total of 12 of us between the two condos.
Pros: Great location, staff willing to take care of issues that you point out, lots of space, all the necessary beach items, very nice kitchen, beach and park across the street. Plenty of parking and a great grill on the penthouse deck.
Cons: Not a lot of hot water, hot tub has a slow leak that could be fixed, Sofa sleeper in penthouse is a bit soft to sleep on. - they could spend a day doing some basic maintenance that would make it perfect.
Bottom line we had a great time and would do it again.
