Rincón, Puerto Rico is a quaint seaside town located on the western shore of “La Isla del Encanto”. It is infamous for it’s surfing beaches and relaxed and welcoming ambiance. Rincon has something for everyone, from beachside kiosks offering traditional island snacks and ice cold cerveza(beer) to five star dining and everything in between. Stayed a week in March 2013. Great price, impeccably clean, and I always felt secure. The place is close to everything and the best beach in the area is a block away. Nice not have to drive after the long trip from San Juan. Hosts were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

I've been to many places in the Caribbean and in Florida but this place is hard to beat. When you could be freezing in Florida you can count on sunny 80 - 90 degree weather here with water temp in the 80's too...and that's year round. Other places in the Caribbean can be a little dicey when it comes to safety issues, but not here, it's totally safe and welcoming...and no need to change your hard earned us dollars for more expensive money..puerto rico is a bargain and nearly everyone speaks english. This place has the best of both worlds. It offers an authentic Spanish cultural experience, not an artificial community comprised of all americans who invade and occupy an all inclusive resort and then say how they got away to another country. Reasonably priced within a walk to the beach... a town with all the amenities...bakery, restaurants, shopping, surf shop, fishing, surfing, snorkling on the reef, kayaking, sunset cruises, etc, etc. Did I mention your own private pool, sunset views from the balcony, secure parking, elevator, and the list goes on...what's not to love about it???

The title says it all, this condo is in fact a "Tropical Paradise"! You will have everything you need within walking distance. The beach, the pool, the downtown, Panaderia's, and fresh food is all within 10 minutes. You will find yourself strolling along the streets of this beautiful village meeting local fish vedors selling their catch of the day. At one point I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Rincon is beautiful and this condo made it even more desirable.
The condo has more than enough room for a family of 6. There are two full baths, a large updated kitchen, and two massive bedrooms. We had more than enough space with 5 adults and never once felt on top of each other. We even had a dance party in the family room!! Did I mention the deck! You will have views of the ocean, the pool, and local shops. I spent everyday on the deck reading my books while basking in the sun. You will never have to leave to do laundry as the washer and dryer are in the unit. The condo is in mint condition and very clean!! The building is gated, has an elevator, and the parking is below.
It was the perfect getaway. If you do go, make sure to get your morning goodies and coffee in the local village...it's incredible! The people are so friendly, helpful, and again the fresh food was excellent. We can't wait to go back and book our next trip! -

I stayed at this condo last February for two weeks. The owner keeps it immaculately clean and the building is modern and very secure. The condo is an end unit with plenty of windows and has a beautiful view of the setting sun each night. It is a short walk to the beach and a comfortable walk to the small town of Rincon, where there are shops, bakeries and restaurants. Rincon is a nice place to stay as there is a mix of Puerto Rican and other cultures, as Rincon is a popular surfing destination which draws americans and worldwide travelers. I would recommend staying at this condo, and plan on staying there again.
