Two bedroom, one and a half bathroom house with large outdoor terrace located at the Tres Palmas beach break in Rincon Puerto Rico. The house sleeps six adults comfortably. The property has a fenced in yard and we are pet friendly. A covered carport keeps your vehicle safe and cool. Surf 11 is located at the Tresl Palmas Marine Reserve which has been declared a protected marine enviroment by State law. Property is located in the Comonwealth of Puerto Rico U.S.A, in the western town of Rincon. It is a coastal house that is about 200' from the waters edge.Surf # 11 is on the top of a small hill on the north side of Surf street which is just off 413. Surf street is south of the Rincon Lighthouse. It is between the Marina and the Steps beach road. The house has a clear sign posted on the front wall.

My husband, myself and another couple rented this condo in February 2012 and we were so relaxed and at peace here. The owner of the condo Mark was amazing! All of our correspondence was very pleasant, and he got back to me almost immediately. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for a successful trip, and the outdoor terrace was an amazing place to relax, bbq and have drinks. We would definitely go back again next year!
