Relax and unwind at Ocean View Paradise where you can enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and feel the warm tropical breeze. Get away from the crowds! Rincon is known for spectacular sunsets and near perfect weather.
Our house has 5 bedrooms. First floor has 2 bedrooms 1 bath . The second floor has from 1 bedroom 1 bath to 3 bedroom 3 baths. Three bedroom three bath has optional sleeping area for 2.Each floor has a kitchen and living area.

All I have to say is wow. Luxury accommodations without being locked up in a stuffy hotel. Great indoor/outdoor transition with nature surrounding you. Pools, terraces, clean rooms, even my bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Everything you could ever want in a vacation all within walking distance... beaches, surfing, some great bars/restaurants with live entertainment, hiking, shopping, boating, fishing, snorkeling, history, and charm. Owners were very hospitable and available to cater to my needs.

Ocean View Paradise is truly a paradise. It was one of the ost relaxing and fun vacations we've had. The property is well maintained, gorgeous with lush tropical gardens, waterfalls, 2 swimming pools, private bar with lots of common area to explore as well as private balconys and comfy hammocks for those afternoon snoozes. The rooms are ery clean, spacious and generously/tastefully furnished with all your kitchen necessities. The hosts, Dianna and Gino are so friendly, helpful and very knowledgable of the area and gave us a lot of helpful information.
We found several nice restaurants/bars in a very short walk as well as a beautiful beach. We recommend renting a car as there are a lot of sights to see, restaurants/bars, shopping, beaches etc within a short drive and some of the major attractions not too far away, perfect for the day trip. Over all we were very pleased with the accomodations and can't wait to start planning oru next trip back to Rincon!!!Response from Dianna Caruso - 02/02/2013

Open, Airy and beautiful! Views Views Views...walking distance to Everything you need! Staircase down to the Ocean, and big beautiful pool for afternoon swims.
Wonderful people helping out with every thing you may need.

I would have to say that my favorite thing of all was waking up to the sound of the waves. Being able to sit on a balcony overlooking the ocean while sipping on my morning tea was close to heaven on earth. During the day, you can relax on the hammocks in the compound and listen to the beautiful cascading waterfalls near their pool or be still for the sound of the coqui (a unique frog to the island). I loved every second of my R&R;!
If you are looking for action, then it will be good to know that bars are at walking distance from the home, as is the beautiful crystal blue water beach where you can lounge and watch the surfers catching their waves.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful and the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious. I would go back in a heartbeat and I will continue to recommend this place to anyone.

In a blink of an eye, picture heaven. For me heaven is peace. Ultimate peace. This is how I feel when I go to this property. From the infinity pool and spa to the private bar and dance floor, to the perfect location situated next to prime-time joints for food and drink and beach, you will find your escape and peace here. A definite must for weddings and events as well!!!

Ocean View Paradise in the name says it all!!! I could not have asked for more for my first trip to Puerto Rico!!! Everything I needed was literally at my doorstop!! Ocean view paradise provided relaxing beautiful accomodations!! Whether you want to relax on the beautiful property or go to the beach you can have it all!!! I still three years later am amazed at the beauty Ocean View Paradise provided me with during my visit to Puerto Rico!! I would definitely go back!

I have to say I have been to Rincon many times in the past 10 years, and once I started staying at Ocean View Paradise, the endless search for the perfect vacation rental ended. They say when its love at first sight you just know it, and that truly happened when I first vacationed here 3 years ago. Since I stayed here first in 2009, they have added another pool, and I believe 4 other rooms, a bar, and even now a dance floor, I even heard they recently hosted their first destination wedding. I recommend Ocean View Paradise, and would certainly consider it for any family vacation or even small destination wedding location.

After enduring several weeks of winter in the Northeast, Ocean View Paradise was exactly what the doctor ordered: luxurious accomodations, breathtaking views, close proximity to pristine beaches, excellent amenities, and - most importantly of all - plenty of opportunity for rest & relaxation (hammocks & lounge chairs aplenty!).
Our 5-night stay was over far too soon, but we are already planning our return visit for 2012 with friends & family in tow! Whether you want to lounge at the pool(s) all day, set up in a hammock and catch up on your reading/naps, or explore the neighborhood this property is perfectly located to suit your needs. If you stock up at a supermarket on your way in you don't even need to leave the immaculately landscaped property - it is basically a self-contained paradise. We can't recommend this enough!
