Seashell Villas is the newest luxury vacation rental on Corcega Beach. This oceanfront house is right on the beach and is just steps to the water. The house has two 2-bedroom 2-bathroom villas available for rent, each 1,200 square feet in size. The villas feature a dramatic open plan living, dining and kitchen area with huge windows facing the ocean and a private beach front balcony. A perfect place to watch evening sunsets. The unit is furnished in a wonderful tropical style with Caribbean furniture, ceiling fans and wood-style ceilings (in the 2nd floor villa). If you are looking for a calming and beautiful place to rest your weary soul, this is it. After searching many places in Rincon, this one stood out among the many to meet my families' needs. Mom, Dad, and our 2 teenagers (12/14) loved it! There was not one thing that did not live up to its writeup. Coming from Baltimore MD, and booking through the internet, you wonder how it will all turn out, but this was wonderful! I communicated with the owners thru email and phone, and at the house, Rosie the property manager was more than cordial when we arrived. The house was immaculate inside and out, had all the amenities for out of towners, and the setting was amazing: palm trees, a grass lawn, gated entry, and of course, the ocean just steps away from the porch - like a postcard. The views from the porch made you feel like you were in a Corona commercial. Amazingly enough, we never turned on the TV one time, and after a day of surfing at Jobos Beach, and hiking, we were tired, and just took in the serenity of the setting each night. We played board games that were provided in the house (my son beat me at "Sorry!" each night),and pondered which sea shell or sea glass was the prettiest that we found that day. This house was the perfect setting for bonding with family members and we did just that. It is in a quiet community of nice houses, and sits about 10 minutes from the nearby town. While there, we were able to drive reasonably (10-45 mins) of horseback riding and other activities. The mansion sat quietly, but you were not far from the little beach towns and eateries. Everything in Rincon is layed back, and we ate at the most awesome restaurant called Tamboo Tavern. We surfed all day til evening and then in our wet rashguards sat on the deck over the ocean and watched the sun go down. Then returned to the seashell villa to relax once more. The lapping of the ocean just relaxed you... It created fond memories for all of my family. Thanks Paul and Gisele!

There were four of us staying at Villa 1. Me, my husband & our two teenagers. The Villa had everything needed for our stay in addtion to a few board games, snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels & beach unbrella's. A sand screw to hold the umbrella would have been a nice addition. The Villa has a very nice private beach with excellent snorkeling just out front. The Seashell Villa was clean & roomy with a well equiped kitchen. The location was great for us, being close to grocery stores, resturants & snorkeling in additon to nice beaches & many other activities. Comumication through the entire rental process was good, offering directions & addtional information in regard to resturants, etc. The owner was approachable & truely wants you to be comfortable & enjoy your time at the Villa & will make every effort to see that happen.

My wife and I stayed at Seashells Villa in Feb. with 2 friends. The villa is very nice. It was clean, very comfortable, and spacious. You are close driving to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and other attractions including downtown Rincon. The best part is the front porch looking out to the beach. But the beach is the main attraction. We have been to this area before and visited the beach from our stay a few miles away. But there is nothing like walking out your front door and having a 3-5 mile beach right there. We had plans to travel to other parts of PR but ended up staying at the villa and beach because it was so nice. Sunsets-usually we hit one of the local sunset bars but with the sunset out our front gate we usually had drinks and apps. on the beach as the sun went down. Each one was spectacular. The water is clean and smooth and not too deep. My wife rose every morning early and paddle-boarded up and down the beach for miles. We would follow on foot walking the beach with her in view. About a mile down the beach is a great beach bar with very good food and cheap drinks that we walked to a few times for lunch for burgers, chicken skewers, and fries but many days we simply made lunch in the house and brought it down to the beach with beers to sit under the palm trees lining the front wall.
The owner, Paul, and his family were next door in the mansion a few days while we were and are very nice people and very accommodating. My wife taught him some basic paddle-boarding skills. The manager was there at a moments notice when we did not have hot water (the breaker was off). All in all this is a very quiet and private place to stay at the end of a road. We hope to come back next year. All in our party would definitely recommend this as a place for 2 couples who enjoy privacy or a small family. Having stayed in 3 other places in Rincon, this is definitely the best. -

the villa was beautiful,it had everything we were looking for and more. it was clean and private and the ocean and stars and beach were very close and extremely enjoyable. our week was very relaxed.i had the time of my life.wish i were there,as i look at the snow falling .thanks seashells villas !
