Our family vacations in Rincon every year for the past five years. We always rent through Elier Lopez and we cannot say enough good things about him, he's always a gracious host. He did not steer us wrong again this year! We traveled for the first time with our three year old niece and this house was absolutely perfect. The pool was perfectt for us to cool down and great for the baby to learn to swim! It had every amenity you could ask for. Bicycles, beach buggy cart, beach chairs, brand new snorkel gear, pool toys for the baby, yoga mats and full service Laundry room. The rooftop bar and deck were perfect for drinks and barbecues. It is in our favorite location, Sandys beach, yet it was private and off the main road. We will absolutely be booking this house again, see you next year!! Thank you for a great home to make great family memories another year in Rincon!

I had the pleasure of staying at this villa for a few days on a girls getaway. I absolutely loved everything about it. From the moment we walked in, I knew I would be pleased. The place is immaculate! Fresh, clean smell upon entry! They have thought of just about everything...beach towels and chairs, bikes, each room with comfortable beds, a.c. and iPod docs, Wi-Fi, laundry room, kitchens are beautiful & equipped with everything to cook even an elaborate meal. The roof top bar is awesome with a great view & the beach is right around the corner! My experience at Villa Ocean Mist was a wonderul & memorable one, no complaints! A little piece of paradise :)

From the layout of the house to the decor, this place was perfect. Everything is there that you will need. The rooftop bar at night was the highlight with our friends. There is good size liquor store in town to buy some wine and other liquors which we ended up going to more than a couple of times. The owners were great if we had any questions. I highly recommend this place if you are going to be staying in Rincon.

We had rental property 382916. The House was perfect for a family of 4 grankids and 2 granparents. We all had a wonderful time. The beach was but a very short walk (I think it was sandy beach) was perfect this time of the year for kids (Ages 5, 7, 10 & 12). The water was calm and perfect for kids to swim in. The house had everything they said it would have (2 bike, body surf boards). It was immaculately clean. It was on a cull-de-sac st. Things we did together: Went to Water falls park in aguadilla (20 mins), visited the rain forest (2 1/2 - 3 hours) round trip. Visited family and spent the balance of the days at the beach and at the house pool. The pool was a little small but enough for the grankids to enjoy. The management staff was excellent and were very attentive to our needs. And when I locked the keys in the house they were quick to respond. Restuarants are a plenty in Rinco. Tamboo is a perfect restuarant by the beach with a lively atmosphere and kid friendly. I would definitely recommend and go back to this place. But for us 7 days was not enough. We used Home away rentals the Villa name is "Villa Ocean Mist" in Ricon Puerto Rico.

We stayed here in august and had a fabulous time. Our friend was getting married at Caracol Che and we wanted a place close to them. We were not disappointed. The location is perfect for waking to all of the area bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar was awesome for some drinks before going out.
We will be back!! -

This is my third time in Rincon and by far the best! Villa Ocean Mist is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The villa included all the amenities you could possibly require making me feel right at home.
The weather was wonderful although very hot at times. I was very pleased to be able to cool off everyday at the pool. I looked forward to having the option of taking a dip in the pool or the beach. Margaritas by the pool or at the rooftop bar my favorite part of the day. The villa was convienantly located steps away from the beach and many of rincon's popular restaurants. Thank you for a relaxing vacation. I look forward to another vacation filled with lots of R & R.

Everything about this house makes for a relaxing, family vacation. My husband and kids along with my in laws stayed here and we had an amazing time. My kids enjoyed the noodles, boogie boards and bikes while my husband and I enjoyed ourselves at the roof bar when the kids and in laws went to bed. There were plenty of lounge chairs, beach chairs, and beach towels. Having beach umbrellas was also a plus since there isn't much shade at Sandy Beach. This home is well worth it!

My family and I stayed here in May. The property is amazing and in pristine condition. Almost everything you need for a great relaxing vacation is provided including plenty of beach supplies. The huge grill on the dining terrace was perfect for our lunch and dinners. If you are considering staying here, just do it. You will not be disappointed.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Ocean Mist. We stayed at the property with some friends and they kept saying what a great choice I made selecting this home. Everything is in the home that you will need. The pictures on the website are great but believe me, wait until you walk in. The high ceilings and open floor plan are fantastic. See you next year!!!

Three girls stayed here for a week in February 2012. We cannot say enough about our postive experience at the Villa Ocean Mist. Everything you could possibly want for your beach vacation is all in one place. A spacious and immaculate place, plenty of outdoor space for entertaining without being on top of each other, steps from the best beach in Rincon and outstanding bars and restaurants in walking distance. The two kitchens, four bathrooms, third floor terrace (for yoga, catching the sun, sharing cocktails and gazing at the stars) could not have been more perfect. We have already looked at our calendar for next year. Oh, and if the splash pool and first floor deck aren't enough, there are beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards, skim boards, paddle ball, chess and coolers for everything you need for a day at the beach. Each room comes with two beach towels, free wifi, three Tv's with Netflix and the washer and dryer were an added bonus. This is a great place and we will never return to resort accommodations again.
Everything about the booking was easy and Elier Lopez met us at the villa at 3:30 a.m. to show us around. We highly recommended using him to stock your refrigerator so you can get started enjoying your vacation from the moment you arrive.

Villa Ocean Mist was by far one of the best homes we have stayed. Everything was perfect and the bedrooms are huge. We really appreciated the babysuite playard, it was so convenient having this for our little one. As others have said, the location of this home is perfect. Walking distance to everything!!

What can i say about this Beautiful and amazing house,, lots of great things. Great view to the beach, Walking distance as it says to Tamboo bar and other Rest. and Sandy Beach. Comfortable, Very Big House and bedrooms, so convenient by having 2 kitchens and a Terrace, the pool spa, very relaxing. I have stayed at various villas but this is by far the most convenient to my family. Highly recomended to anyone that is thinking of visiting Puerto Rico and staying in Rincon, you will never regreat it... Until next time Viila Ocean Mist, we can't wait to see u again.

Hi, I just returned back from Rincon PR, I have been visiting the area for about 10 years now, this is by far the most beautiful villa we have rented...The house is brand new, spotless clean. the beds were confortable, we all slept very well each night, the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious! I loved the roof top views, the ocean is a 2 minute walk around the corner from the villa. there is a restaurant by the beach were you can get drinks and great food. we can't wait to stay here again!
