3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths. Incredible panoramic ocean views. Look out over Sandy Beach and check the surf, watch for whales. Nicely furnished and decorated. Full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry. All the comforts of home. Lots of outdoor living spaces. Front balcony, beachfront patio and rooftop terrace. Located on a peninsula for sunsets and sunrises. Walk for miles on beach along secluded DNR land. Walk to great dining and night life. Dine on the rooftop terrace and wish on falling stars.

We had such a great trip to Rincon. Staying at the condo on Sandy Beach was a treat. We woke to the awesome sound of the ocean. Surfers were out early, and fun to watch. A guy renting beach chairs and teaching surfing was right next door. There was a nice bar two doors down, and the best gift shops we found in Rincon were within walking distance from the condo. Location was incredible. If this weren't enough, the condo itself was beautiful, and had everything we needed! We were able to cook some of our own meals, and settle down with some tv when we wanted. The condo was spacious, and clean, and nicely appointed. The view from the veranda could not be beat. This place had me dreaming of all the different groups of people I would want to be there with (girls trip, come with another family and the kids). The condo was everything it was advertised to be. I would definitely recommend it!

This was the perfect place for a girls retreat from the Midwest winter. The condo was gorgeous-right on the beach. We fell asleep at night listening to the waves. Walked the beach right outside our door. Watched the surfers and kiters from our balcony. Curled up in a lounge chair in the shade on the patio with a book or a nook. Having dinner under the stars on the rooftop patio was a truly memorable experience. The condo has all the comforts of home-fully stocked kitchen, wireless, Tv-in a setting that is truly paradise. The third floor location made it very private even though there was activity on the beach below. There are some good restaurants within walking distance, but with a car you can enjoy the other attractions in Rincon, and there is parking in a gated area in front of the villa.
What's there to do when you leave the condo? We enjoyed the dancing on salsa night at the Tamboo Bar just a few minutes from the condo. Took a snorkeling cruise. Watched the sunset and met some interesting folks at the Calipso Bar. Ate in some amazing restaurants-both elegant and local. Did some shopping for beachwear and jewelry. The week went by too fast.

Come back soon! So glad you also appreciated being on the 3rd floor. It really makes a difference for the views (to see the surfers all the way down the beach) and I love the privacy being elevated provides.

This was the absolutely perfect location and getaway with friends. Right on the ocean with the most breathtaking views off the balcony, the condo was beautifully decorated, had all amenities needed. It is located right where the action is, in a very central location for walking to great restaurants, live music and dancing and right next door to surfing and kite surfing classes. I recommend having a car, but you could definitely have fun without, if you don't need a lot of variety and are there for the beach. Waves were to die for if you are a surfer. Many great spots to watch sunsets, enjoy drinks or dinner and take in the happy energetic lifestyle that exists in Rincon. It reminded me of a great beach town in California but with the Latin culture which makes it feel like you are really away from it all. Loved Tamboo for the music and dancing. English Rose mountain top breakfast, Calypso for sunsets and surfers. The Pool Bar, oh, many great destinations with character. The terrain is exciting with windy roads up and down mountains and the amazing beach right alongside. Right across the street from the condo is probably the best shop in town for souvenirs, beach wear, local art, jewelry. Many wonderful day trips to choose from. Best vacation ever. Just do it. You'll never regret it.
