This 8th floor apartment has one master bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, 1 wc, 1 shower room, air conditioning in all bedrooms, kitchen with all mod cons, laundry area with washing machine, cable tv and internet, living room / dining room (with a fan only).
The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, comfortable and loved by our guests.

For Carnival, New Year, World Cup 2014, the Olympics 2016 and any special events in Rio (like Confederations Cup, Pope�s visit, Rock in Rio, etc.) prices will be different and no rights can be deferred from above prices.
For check in, only when the apartment is not rented the night before, you can enter directly. Otherwise you need to wait till 11.30 to enter and the maids still need a minimum of 2 hours to clean the apartment to make it ready for you. Standard check out is at 11.00 hours. You can stay till 18.00 hours, but you need to pay half a night more, which is USD 115 for low season and USD 125 for high season in this case and must be ordered at reservation. We cannot store your luggage and the building does not accept it also.
We offer the following extra services, which must be ordered at reservation but paid locally :
1. One extra cleaning (maximum 4 hours) is BRL 100
2. One set of fresh bedlinen and towels is BRL 80
3. One extra cleaning with change of bedlinen and towels (maximum 4 hours) is BRL 150
4. An airport pickup (arrival after 07.00 and before 23.00 hours at apartment) is BRL 110 for 4 persons maximum with a normal set of luggage
5. An airport pickup (arrival before 07.00 and after 23.00 hours at apartment) is BRL 150 (check in by driver) for 4 person maximum with a normal set of luggage
You will have a personal check in and out by one of our staff members, a helpdesk reachable 16 hours per day and 7 days per week, and a well maintained apartment.

Increíble piso, seguro, confortable, cerca (4 o 5 cuadras) de las mejores playas de Rio (Ipanema e Copacabana), con tiendas y mercados alrededor. Está equipado con utensílios de primera clase, desde los aparatos de la cocina (y también las cacerolas, platos, etc) cuanto las sábanas de los cuartos. Otra cosa importanté nos pareció el vidrio antiruido, pues Copacabana puede ser bastante ruidoso. Hay lavadora automática de ropas, televisón por cable, internet y porteros en el edificio todo el tiempo. Súper recomendamos.

Spent a week in this flat in early 2012 and simply loved. The flat is spacious and very comfortable. Location is excellent, very close to both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches!
Staff from Start Brazil were extremely helpful throughout our stay and made me and my family stay at home.

It has been a couple of years ago, I booked an apartment with StartBrazil.
This time we did choose another one. This one is super central, exactly Ipanema and Copacabana in walking distance. The apartment is like the photos, so no surprices when we arrived.
Service is excellent as well as cleaning. StartBrazil is really taking care of their clients.

Our family chose this apartment, as it is centrally located; we could walk into Ipanema and Copacabana quickly. The apartment is just like on the photos, which is great! We found StartBrazil a great host; which already started at the reservation. Even they follow up during and after our stay. Next time when we come back, we will book again with StartBrazil and for sure we will take this apartment again!

This was a great condo in a good location. It was right in the middle of Ipanema and very easy to get to and from. Shopping, the beach, and restaurants were within walking distance. We also felt very safe with the location and didn't have any issues. We had a minor maintenance issue and they came to fix it within hours. If your not looking for an overly fancy, high end place but rather a well priced, clean and comfy condo, this is the place for you. We'd definitely stay there again.
