For Carnival, New Year, World Cup 2014, the Olympics 2016 and any special events in Rio (like Confederations Cup, Pope�s visit, Rock in Rio, etc.) prices will be different and no rights can be deferred from above prices.
For check in, only when the apartment is not rented the night before, you can enter directly. Otherwise you need to wait till 11.30 to enter and the maids still need a minimum of 2 hours to clean the apartment to make it ready for you. Standard check out is at 11.00 hours. You can stay till 18.00 hours, but you need to pay half a night more, which is USD 110 for low season and USD 125 for high season in this case and must be ordered at reservation. We cannot store your luggage and the building does not accept it also.
We offer the following extra services, which must be ordered at reservation but paid locally :
1. One extra cleaning (maximum 4 hours) is BRL 70
2. One set of fresh bedlinen and towels is BRL 60
3. One extra cleaning with change of bedlinen and towels (maximum 4 hours) is BRL 110
4. An airport pickup (arrival after 07.00 and before 23.00 hours at apartment) is BRL 110 for 4 persons maximum with a normal set of luggage
5. An airport pickup (arrival before 07.00 and after 23.00 hours at apartment) is BRL 150 (check in by driver) for 4 person maximum with a normal set of luggage
You will have a personal check in and out by one of our staff members, a helpdesk reachable 16 hours per day and 7 days per week, and a well maintained apartment.

Hi,
My friends and I (2 girls and 2 guys) stayed at this penthouse back in aug of 2010. It was very comfortable and offered best value for our money. We really liked the proximity to the Copacabana beach and safety of this neighborhood. Beach views from the patio are just amazing...especially during the sunrise and sunset! We found it to be our favorite place as we like to barbecue and suntan. Another great convenience was a supermarket (with liquor store) on the main floor of the building; it was always easy to get more groceries, drinks, fresh fruit and veggies. After a couple of days, folks at the supermarket already knew our names!
Two bedrooms are very spacious and beds were great for a good sleep. A/C works wonderfully and cools the entire penthouse quite quickly. We used kitchen every day and found it has everything we needed for cooking.
All in all, this is a great place for a vacation and we would definitely recommended it to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable accommodation close to the beach.

We (2 single men) stayed in april for 2 weeks in this penthouse. We loved the location. Very close to the beach, supermarket just besides the building, many restaurants and bars closeby. Also the RioSul shopping center is only 10 minutes walking distance.
The penthouse is nice but standard, but has a huge terrace on the second floor with its own BBQ place; so we had some nice parties there. And we do had great views of the beach and ocean; and at night you have some amazing skyline views.
For us, great value for our money!
