This location worked beyond my expectations. The place is nicely furnished, spacious with all facilities. The view on Capacabana beach is fantastic. It is very conveniently located, small markets around for food shopping. The airport pick-up and transfer by the agent worked out perfectly and was very friendly and helpful.
This was my first internet flat rent. I am very pleased with the service given and I wil certainly repeat the experience. -

We rented the apartment from 14 feb to 21 Feb 2012 during the carnival week in Rio. The apartment exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The apartment was spotless clean, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beachfront view of Copacabana beach and sugarloaf mountain from the seventh floor is breathtaking. Everything you need in terms of services, amenities, beach, supermarkets, etc... are a few steps around the apartment. The building has 24 hour security and 3 elevators and the area of Copacabana is extremely safe, contrary to some misleading and incorrect/outdated reviews that you might come across on the internet. In summary, everything was perfect at the apartment and there were no negatives to complaint about.
