This is a lovely property. Small brand new building, in Jardim Oceanico - Barra da Tijuca.Barra has the best beach is Rio and Jardim Oceanico is the best part of Barra, where everything in walking distance: great restaurants, grocery and drugstores, bars etc. 250m from Barra beach. The duplex penthouse is 300 square meters, and has two big living rooms, varanda, a new and spacious kitchen, 3 suites (one master suite with 25 square meters and closet), each with a nice bathroom (one specially suitable for kids). Jardim Oceanico is the most agreable part of Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro; everything is walking distance and there are plenty of good restaurants for all tastes (from chic Italian restaurants - Gero and Duo) to juice houses. The beach is clean and with white powder sand. The is a nice park for kids (Praça do Pomar) very near too. Grocery store and beauty parlons in the corner. Near Zona Sul (10/15 minutes by car with no traffic). Buses near.
