This modern 1 bedroom apartment was recent renovated and has an amazing beach view. It is furnished with (1) Queen size bed, sofa, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Wi-fi internet, Cable TV, refrigerator, microwave and other kitchen appliances.
There are many facilities around such as restaurants, supermarkets , coffee shops and stores and it is very close to the beach (less than 50m).
The building has 24Hs reception and clean service optional.

estuvimos 5 noches en rio a fines de abril, el apartamento es ideal, limpio, comodo, en perfecto estado, a 20mts del mar, en la mejor zona de copacabana, a 5 cuandras de ipanema, seguridad 24hs, quedamos muy comformes y agradecidos, ademas al estar a 1 cuadra de la avenida principal, tenes mercados, todo lo necesario para pasarla bien, volveremos seguramente... la mejor opcion para evitar los altos precios de los hoteles y poder tener la intimidad deseada.

Muy bien ubicado, a 30 metros de la avenida atlántica.
Muy higiénico.
Muy bien decorado.
Dispone de todo tipo de utensilios de cocina: licuadora, tostadora, jarras, platos, cacerolas, etc..
Equipado con wifi (funciona muy bien), televisor grande pantalla plana (con cable), aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo.
La cama grande es muy cómoda. -

El departamento es tal cual en la foto, tiene de todo y esta muy cerca de la playa, farmacias, locomoción, restaurantes y negocios.
