This is a spacious and well decorated 03 bedroom apartment in a chic residential building in Lagoa.
Lagoa is a neighborhood named after its lagoon (Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas) that drains into the ocean between Ipanema and Leblon. Lagoa is a beautiful and tranquil location, well known for offering recreational areas. Lots of people come to walk, cycle, inline skate, or run the 8.5km (5 1/4-mile) pathway that circles the lagoon. In the afternoon and evening, the neighborhood's pleasures become more hedonistic as people come to the many waterside kiosks to grab a drink, have some food, or listen to live music.

Lagoa is an affluent residential neighbourhood located around the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon. It borders the neighbourhoods of Ipanema and Copacabana. It is considered a recreational area. Around the lagoon has bike and pedal boat rentals, restaurants and many people exercising. A very pleasant zone! Less than 1 km away you get to Copacabana (left) and to Ipanema (right). In the afternoon and evening, the neighborhood's pleasures become more hedonistic as people come to the many waterside kiosks to grab a drink, have some food, or listen to live music.
Starting in December there is a huge Christmas tree decorated with a light show floating in the middle of the lake, fireworks on weekends and crowds in the early evening make it a pleasent stroll.
