House in prime location of the city of Rio de Janeiro, to rent just for the World Cup 2014. It features a large living room, dining room, veranda with hammock, with a gorgeous view of the valley that shows part of the region. Is within the forest reserve that leads to Corcovado, but close to transportation by bus or car. The house has 1 office which can accommodate 2 people, 2 single bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with en suite. One bathroom upstairs and a half bath on the lower. The house has a spacious kitchen that opens onto the garden. It is home to several steps of stairs between the street and the interior and no wheelchair access. It has wi-fi, cable TV in the master bedroom, one of the single rooms and office room. Necessary household items and bedding and bath for all guests.

Possui uma grande sala de estar, sala de jantar, varanda com rede, com uma vista belíssima para o vale que mostra parte da região. Fica dentro da reserva florestal que leva ao Corcovado, porém próximo a transporte de ônibus ou carro. A casa tem 1 escritório onde pode-se acomodar 2 pessoas, 2 quartos de solteiro e 1 quarto de casal com suite. Um banheiro social no andar superior e um lavabo no inferior. A casa tem uma espaçosa cozinha que dá para o jardim. Trata-se de uma casa com vários degraus de escadaria entre a rua e o interior e sem acesso à cadeirantes. Tem wi-fi, tv a cabo no quarto de casal, num dos quartos de solteiro e no quarto escritório. Utensílios domésticos necessários e roupa de cama mesa e banho para todos os hóspedes.
