The old building that houses the apartment, overlooking the sea, in the harbor and is within walking distance from the train station in 4 minutes and 12 minutes from private parking.

When making a booking for a week in Riomaggiore we were encouraged by the positive Trip advisor reviews of the atlantis apartment and the assistance reportedly provided by the owner, Sandro Pasini to those renting the apartment. Based on our experience those reviews and positive comments were well founded.
Sandro met us and gave us 59 year olds a hand with getting our bags both to and from the apartment and up and down the stairs. The apartment was as presented on the web site and comprised two good sized double bed bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one on the same level as the bedrooms and living room, the other down a flight of stairs. All rooms were well equipped and clean. The apartment has a combined kitchen, dining and living area. There is a small balcony for watching the world go by.
We, and our daughter who joined us, were more than happy with the apartment and the assistance provided by Sandro and are happy to recommend both. -

There are only good things to say about this place. I highly recommend it! The owner Sandro made us feel like we were his guests. They met us at the train station, helped with our luggage and showed us our apartment (not far from the train station and not too many steps). This apartment had a few breakfast items to make us feel even more at home. While we were there he showed us hiking paths and told us about the area. They were very accommodating on the check out and walked us to the train station.
We were 4 people traveling. Having 2 bathrooms was great! They were able to set up 4 separate beds which also was nice. The place is roomy, clean, and newly remodeled. We loved having wine and coffee overlooking the water on the balcony.
When we booked this place I did not know about staying in Riomaggiore and felt maybe we should be in another village. However, this village had good restaurants, is very quaint and is super easy to get to the other villages. I think for the money and ease of getting to the apartment from the train station - this is the place to rent!
You will want to stay at least 2 nights to get the feel of Cinque Terre. Enjoy your stay - we did!

Had 3 great nights with our 8- and 11- year old in this flat overlooking the little marina in Riomaggiore. Sandro and his brother andrea were extremely helpful. Andrea met us at the station and helped to carry our bags and find our way. The terrace was a great feature - unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to make much use of it, but when we did, it was heaven. Nice touches in the flat, like towel warmers, made it feel homey, and it was very clean and bright. Definitely would recommend to anyone with children.

Had a great experience of staying in this sea view apartment, reasonably price, good location, and Sandro is really nice, the onwer of the apartment. Before we arrived, I contacted with him via text and email, the response is prompt and helpful. When we arrived by car, he's already waited on the entrance of Riomaggiore. We are not allowed to get in to the centre by car but he got a private parking space. He helped us with the luggages across the hilly town and his suggestion of orientation in the town is great helpful. Impressed and high recommended.

The apartment was perfect for our five days in the Cinque Terre. It has two good sized bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms...one downstairs and one upstairs. the living room had a sofa bed which our son said was comfortable. When we were in the apartment we spent most of the time on the terrance which was perfect for coffee in the morning and 'wine and cheese' and watching the sunset before dinner. The owner always meets you to show you the location or you may not find it. Groceries, restaurants, coffee, and gelato are steps away on the main street of Riomaggiore. The train station is also a short walk as is the entrance to the Cinque Terre trail. We could not have found a friendlier, more helpful or more delightful owner. He carries the suitcases up the rather steep stairs, offers advice on where to eat, etc. and even offered to discount our rate when the wi-fi was acting up. We highly recommend this delightful apartment and its owner.

L'appartement est idéalement situé et offre toutes les commodités d'un vrai chez-soi. Sandro, le propriétaire, a à coeur les attentes de ses clients et il sait comment les dépasser. Il est disponible et trouve la meilleure avenue possible quelle que soit la situation. L'appartement est d'une propreté et d'un confort total en plus de fournir une vue imprenable sur la mer et le coucher de soleil. Le train est à peine à quelques minutes de marche pour les gens qui veulenet se déplacer d'un village à l'autre. Je retournerais à cet appartement lors d'un prochain voyage sans hésiter et je le recommanderais chaudement à quiconque est à la recherche d'un endroit où loger dans les Cinque Terre.

Really enjoyed our stay. Clean comfortable and reasonably spacious apartment ideally located. Down stairs to the water and a great seafood restaurant. It was also just around the corner to the main shopping strip.
Staff we friendly and eays to deal with. Would definetly stay there again. -

Otto giorni di vacanza eccezionale grazie all'appartamento alla Marina. Sandro è un gentile operatore turistico e la struttura è su una splendida piazza pensile fatta di balconi, finestre e tante persone giunte da tutte le parti del pianeta. Tanta voglia di tornare presto a Riomaggiore.

We had such a lovely time at atlastis apartment during our stay in Riomaggiore. The apartment was in one of the best locations in town and the terrace is a definite highlight! The host Sandro was most helpful, the apartment was modern and clean- we would definitely recommend this to other travelers.

Sandro graciously met us at the train station and helped carry our bags to the apartment, which was a short walk away. There is a steep set of stairs up to the apartment, which is to be expected in a hill town and it was worth the phenomenal views! There was a crib for our baby, and it was a great place for her since there was a very secure gate blocking the steep stairs. The a/C was much appreciated on the hot days. The Wi-Fi worked well in the apartment and on the terrace. The apartment had two very nice bathrooms and bedrooms, and the kitchen had the things we needed. The selling point of this place was the terrace overlooking the harbor and town. We really enjoyed sipping wine and watching the Riomaggiore.

Four of us stayed in this lovely apartment right above the beautiful marina of Riomaggiore. It has a terrace and stunning view of the ocean and marina. It was a few steps away from the train station, ferry and the main street of the town. The apartment is completely renovated with very modern finishes and appliances. I don't think a better location is possible, and Sandro, the proprietor, was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. When we left an item in the room, he notified us and then express-shipped it to us in Rome the next day. Can't recommend highly enough.

We found the apartment at Riomaggiore to be very well appointed and charming - 5 star quality. It had everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant holiday. It was very well appointed with modern fixtures and fittings and the terrace with the sea view was delightful. We would recommend this apartment to all ages and it would be ideal for both families or two couples.
