IN THE CINQUE TERRE, NEAR THE SEA

Ancient house renovated and furnished in 2007. It is situated in the marina of Riomaggiore, in pedestrian place, close to the sea and to the beach of the village, to the little harbour and ferries, convenient to the station.

The little apartment (on 3 floors connecting by a spiral suitcase) includes a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which with a little balcony with a marvellous sea view. This is for 5 people (the best solution is for 2-4): there is a double sofa-bed in a bedroom, 2 single beds (that we can join) in another bedroom and a single sofa-bed in the kitchen .

Warning: the apartment is not recommended for p...eople with physical problems, since, as already mentioned, is on three floors connected by a spiral staircase.

There is also an independent extra room (for other 2 people) with a bunk bed, a little electric stove, mini-fridge and a private bathroom in the same building (downstairs) that we rent with the apartment with a surcharge for 6-7 people or for having 2 bathrooms.Read more

ABOUT CINQUE TERRE:
The coastline that takes the name of Cinque Terre, consists of the villages of Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore, extends for approximately 15 Km and is one of the Mediterranean areas natural and semi-natural most unspoiled and extended the Liguria.
Human activities, especially the viticulture, helped create a landscape unique in the world in which typical "walls", secular and hard work of the human development reaches total one of the famous wall of China.
Crystal clear sea, a network of trails between the rich and more enviable in Mediterranean areas and mild climate have made the Cinque Terre to become one of the destinations most coveted by tourists. Precisely these climatic conditions allow the cultivation of olive trees, citrus and viticulture, which led UNESCO to declare the Cinque Terre "World heritage of humanity" in 1997, guarantees the production of scented "passito wine" Sciacchetrà, famous throughout the world.

HOW TO GET TO RIOMAGGIORE:
By train:
The Cinque Terre are easily reachable by train with the Genova-Roma line. To Riomaggiore stop regional train line Genoa-La Spezia. In the summer period trains you place high-intensity especially in Central hours of the day. For schedules and information is available in automobile (website hidden) site.

By car:
You should exit La Spezia (from the A15 to anyone who arrives from direction Parma, from the A12 for those who arrives from directions Genova-Livorno).
Through the coastal (provincial SP370) is reached, after about 10 km, Riomaggiore.

By boat:
During the tourist season, Riomaggiore is easily reachable by boat, with frequent departures from Le Grazie, La Spezia, Lerici and Portovenere. For schedules and information see the (website hidden) website


Reaching our house is simple: it is in the Marina of Riomaggiore, near the beach, the boat landings and railway station.

For reservation you must pay the 30% of the amount by bank transfer or paypal as deposit not-refundable. On receipt of the copy of payment via mail or fax (for paypal we don't need it), we'll block the reservation.
We ask to pay in advance 15 days before the beginning of the stay by bank transfer or paypal. As mutual protection, we will sign by email a tenancy
agreement and we send you a sheet with the objects in the House.
The damage deposit (security deposit) varies from 100 to 200 € depending on the number of the guests and on the days of the stay. It will be returned within 72 hours from the end of your stay by bank transfer or paypal.

  reliable, charming and always ready to help. This charming village is very picturesque and, at this time, not too touristy. The apartment is quiet,clean and at the top floor there is a small terrace with a wonderful view.
  
  Nearby, you can take a boat or a train to go to other villages. We can also make beautiful hikes.In short, the stay was perfect. We highly recommend.

  Wonderful stay in Riomaggiore

  Apartment was just as advertised on the website. The location is right over the marina with a view right down the
  coast line to the other towns of Cinque Terre. There are quite a few steps
  to the apartment, but is well worth the walk. The view from the 3rd floor
  balcony is just amazing. We took a picture at sunset which is postcard
  quality. There are grocery stores in the town which had everything we
  needed,as did the apartment. We would recommend this to anyone staying in
  Cinque Terre. It is a very romantic setting.
