- Serenity package - $96 / stay - Fee - Personal greeting by our house manager and presentation of the apartment with its equipment. Also includes preparing your beds before your arrival, a set of linen (sheets, towels) on arrival and cleaning of the apartment on departure.
Additional notes from owner
Our holiday homes are rented by the week during the high season (April-October and December). Our best rates are therefore available for stays of 1 week and more. Shorter stays (3-6 nights) are possible when planning opportunities exist and/or when the requested dates come exactly before or after an existing booking (see availability on our website www.i-love-riquewihr.com). Arrival and departure dates are flexible but should not generate gaps of 1 or 2 nights that we could not rent anymore. Thank you for your kind understanding.

My wife and I spent nine delightful days in alsace at the White Stork, and we cannot wait to return. The style, ambience, and furnishings are all first-class, 5 star. Jean Paul and Martine are the most gracious and welcoming hosts you could imagine, and their attention to detail is outstanding in every respect.
Riquewihr is a delightful venue for exploring alsace and the Route du Vin, and if you follow Jean Paul and Martine's restaurant recommendations, you will experience the best of alsatian cuisine. 60 Michelin-starred restaurants are within one hour's drive of the White Stork, although JP & M can recommend several other choices that will surely receive stars soon.
My wife and I are avid hikers, and wandering through the lovely golden vineyards begins right outside your door. The White Stork is located in a very quiet corner of Riquewihr, away from the tourists. There is no traffic noise at all, and the sound of church bells will provide a delightful start to your day.
You should visit the White Stork. You will not be disappointed!

You can compare the decoration, amenities and equipment found in this apartment the kind you would find in your own home, not in an apartment you rent on the road. Owners went out of their way to make this apartment the same as if it was their own home and this shows in every detail. The White Stork is a place for people who can truly appreciate beauty, not for those who cannot make the difference between an average place to stay and a genuine cosy, comfy, beautiful place to live while abroad. The White Stork is truly part of your travel experience, thanks to the great care Jean-Paul and Martine have invested into making it a dream place. Speaking for ourselves, we know we will make it our place to stay in alsace for many years to come but... not too sure it is wise to share this secret with too many people.

L'on s'attendrait à ce que le décor ambiant, les commodités et équipements que l'on retrouve dans cet appartement soient du genre de ceux que l'on trouve dans une bel appartement en location, mais ses propriétaires - Jean-Paul et Martine - ont planifié, décoré, aménagé et équipé la Cigogne Blanche exactement comme s'il s'agissait de leur propre maison, ce qui est visible à travers de multiples détails. Le résultat ? La Cigogne Blanche est un « home » unique qui ajoute un cachet incomparable à une expérience de voyage. Un « home » dédié à des voyageurs sachant apprécier la différence entre un véritable endroit de rêve plutôt qu'un simple appartement tout luxueux et confortable soit-il. Our stay at The White Stork was incredible. The apartment is spotless and every last detail was thought of. We had someone available to us 24/7 and it made us feel so at home. The views from each window are all unique, the vineyards, the Black Forest, the village! You feel like you are in the Disney movie Beauty and the Beast. This apartment is perfectly situated in a fairy tale village. The apartment is spacious and cozy at the same time. I would recommend it to anyone! Also the Christmas market where on while we were there!

My husband and I have just returned from this wonderful apartment in the most enchanting town. We were lucky enough to be in Riquewihr during the Christmas market period. This apartment is even better in "real life" than in the pictures. It has been designed with a lot of love and attention. From amazing balcony views, to the television in the bedroom, a great range of cutlery and homeware - to just the all round coziness of the apartment. It is definitely something out of a "designer home" magazine with all the tiny details to match.
This is the kind of place you should visit with your partner and talk about in years to come. The owners are very lovely and welcoming people who provided a lot of attention and clearly care about the comfort of their guests.
It's 10 out of 10 from us - we hope you are lucky enough to stay at this wonderul place! -

White Stork was every bit as good as described, immaculately finished and with good attention to detail. There are views all around from this top floor space and the access staircase is wide, well lit and easy to ascend, even with bags. When we stayed, it was very warm, but we chose to not use the aircon in favour or opening all the windows which cooled things very well.
Bed was really comfortable and the shower a real treat!
We choose to pay in advance for the public parking, and on most occasions, were able to leave the car close to the entrance through the old city wall that we used, which is right by the building White Stork is in.
The town is just a few moments walk and has many restaurants and there are several walks nearby. -

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for one week in summer and had the best holiday ever! The accomodation was first class - the apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed so comfortable - we slept like babies!! The village was a great base to explore the surrounding countryside which we did and even hired bikes to ride in teh vineyards. An amazing holiday and we hope to return in winter one day.

We had a wonderful time in Riquewihr and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the
White Stork. The apartment had great views and was equipped with everything we needed. Very classy and a great location. Jean Paul and Valere were terrific. Valere was thorough when she showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. -
