Xpu'Ha Villa is a 15,000 square foot estate set on a 47 idyllic, privately-owned acres directly fronting the gorgeous white sands of Xpu-Ha beach (rated as one of the top three beaches in the Riviera Maya).
The estate is located on the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico about 45 minutes south of Cancun, within 15 minutes from the fashionable and trendy village of Playa del Carmen, and is accessed via a private road bordered by lush, tropical jungle.

Amazing Experience
Left on 03/20/2013 for a stay in March 2007
We had a great time last week in Mexico. Villa was fabulous and you were dead on about the beach - it blew us away and we\'ve seen a bunch. Was kid friendly which made a big difference for us over-protective parents. Had 17 people in the party and no one had any problems with food or water sickness. Was also really impressed with Playa del Carmen. Some of it is a bit touristy but the shopping was surprisingly good and there was some fantastic restaurants and bars. I would say it is one of the coolest towns in the Caribbean. Also, proximity to world class diving (we went twice to Cozumel), surprisingly good golf (played Mayakoba - fabulous!), and great historical sites nearby make this a really, really good vacation spot. Glad you recommended this place, thanks for all your help.
