Robertsbridge Retreat at Cornhill comprises 2 seperate furnished self catering apartments which have been converted from, which was originally, an old 1800s Corn Mill, each with their own separate entrance, front door & Parking.

Upper Apartment : 2 sumptuously furnished bedrooms, sleeps 5/7

Ground Floor apartment: 1 stunning bedroom, sleeps 2/4

The apartments are located in a tucked away, peaceful location in the centre of the historic Medieval town of Robertsbrige, one minute walk to the High Street where you can find the most amazing architecture, restaurants, lovely village pubs a...nd village shops.

Robertsbridge is gorgeous- full of character, steeped in history and perfectly and centrally located to visit: areas of outstanding natural beauty; English Heritage/National Trust properties/gardens; the fabulous dunes at Camber sands & coastal towns like Hastings, ideal for the children; Bodiam Castle; Great Dixter; Rye; Tenterden; Battle, cycling/country walks/nature trails – all within 20 minutes drive.

Retreat guests may also use the facilities at the Five Star Gold Award winning B&B; - Woodside Bed and Breakfast just 8 minutes drive away - sample their Award Winning Gourmet Breakfast, afternoon tea or A La Carte evening menu, use their Health Suite (Hot Tub/Infrared Sauna/body jet shower/highly qualified masseuse) for a small supplement and visit the Beauty Salon for competetively priced treatments.   The apartment (Upper apartment) was best than we expected, the photos on the site are really accurate. The decoration of the apartment was really nice, the kitchen was fully refurnished, there was also everything for baking. A pot was a little burnt, but maybe by the preceding guests. Everytinhg was clean. The rooms are not big and the bathroom is situated across the private staircase of the apartment but it wasn't a problem for us. We found also sugar, tea, coffe and the shampoo and the bath lotion in the bathroom, that is not so common in an apartment as we have experienced. The living room was really confortable. We didn't see much tv (just the news in the night) but there wasn't the DTV. We didn't need it, and we didn't make any enquiry about that. Maybe we weren't able to use it. But there was definetly the Dvd-reader.
  The town was really really nice, there is a bakery, a grocery and a couple of pubs. It was really nice spending time there, the country side is wonderful and everything is at a convinient distance. We arrived till Brighton and Canterbury with ease.
  Last but not least the apartment owner, Amanda, was really nice with us, she gave us a lot of trip suggestion and was really really kind.
  I will definetly suggest this apartment, and it was a great value for money (We paid 100£ a night for 5 people)
