Burnside, in the village of Fylingthorpe, near Robin Hood's Bay, sleeps six and has three bedrooms. The cottage has two sitting rooms, a freestanding bath and a woodburner. Burnside is a wonderful Edwardian semi-detached property in the lovely village of Fylingthorpe. Situated over three floors, the cottage is of a very high standard and retains some delightful original features, such as cast iron fireplaces and a freestanding bath. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We enjoyed our stay and the location coupled with the rental price was very good.It was clean and well appointed and very comfortable.the only problem we could find was this is still a work in progress home.Tiles in the kitchen needed to be fixed the small room to the rear had a damp smell as did the toilet off the kitchen which if the door was left shut overnight was quite strong.But apart from that no problem.i would like to stay there again next year and will book if available.

Excellent base for our holiday, Perhaps a little too big as there was only the two of us,very suitable for families. Easy access to the coast, good bus service to the bay, whitby or scarborough if you don't want to drive. Very nice local pub.
