This is a wonderful house perfect for the family getaway. Located in a quiet and freindly neighborhood, just 3 blocks with easy access to the beach! Enjoy fishing and crabbing in Garibaldi. Depending on the season you can buy fresh bottom fish, salmon and crabs there too!! The house has 2 bedrooms. The first with a queen bed, and the second with a full and twin bed. A hideaway is in the living room if more beds are required. A washer and dryer in the utility room comes in handy if too many clothes get dirty at the beach. Rockaway Beach is small beach town that has grown steadily in its tourist appeal. Forget the crowds of Cannon Beach or Seaside. Rockaway still has that small beach town feel that is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy lunch or dinner at "The Bite". Explore all the little shops in downtown Rockaway. The "Tillamook Cheese Factory" is just 20 minutes south and a must for those with children!!

We stayed with another family and three small kids. It was a quick walk to the beach for little legs. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and watching the deer walk the neighborhood at sunset. The house was clean,comfortable and affordable. We will be staying here every every time we visit family nearby. A quick trip to all surrounding attractions as well.

My family (two adults, five children) stayed here four days in august. It was clean and pleasant, and we appreciated the reasonable price and good location. It was a three block walk to a very nice sandy beach with a close view of the Twin Rocks. We enjoyed campfires on the beach, flying kites, and visiting the Tillamook Cheese Factory. We would use this rental again in the future.

The place was very accessible to the highway as well as to the beach. Location was perfect to amenities like grocery stores and places to visit/tour. It was like home away from home-that was it, it was a very home-like place. I would recommend this place to stay at the coast should anybody visit & stay at the coast.

Our family has stayed in the house several times over the years and have enjoyed our stay tremendously. We like its location because it is just a short walking distance to the beach and just a few minutes drive to the church downtown Rockaway, and lake Lyttle.

We stayed at the beach house two years in a row as a family and enjoyed it both times. The house has everything we need and is quite comfortable. We also appreciated that it was situated on a quiet street just a few blocks from the beach or the center of town in Rockaway. We made some good memories there and will be returning. Thank you for the great beach get away.
