The laminate flooring in the living area had not been mopped. I had to wipe up spills. The trash can outside was full when we arrived. The code I was given to the lock box was wrong. Had to call the office to get the correct one. Calling twice before someone answers was even more frustrating

It was a beautiful home and met all of our needs. We rented both units and it was jsut great. The only problem we had was the breaker in the Park Place unit was not working properly and two of the bedrooms did not have any electricity. We had to run extension cords to the bedrooms and use lamps for light. The housekeeper was at the house on our arrival and knew the situation but we never saw anyone come to fix it. We did fine with the lamps, so we were not concerned about not hearing from anyone.

Park Place was a great place to stay. We rented both sides of the townhouse. It would be helpful if we could have unlocked the door between the two houses on the upper deck. The only way to the other side was to go downstairs and out the front door. The shower upstairs did have a mechanical error with water spraying from the top all over the bathroom. Overall it is a nice property.
