The house was a lovely clean home attached to a duplex. It is in a great location only being a few blocks away from the beach. The Shoalwater shopping centre was just around the corner with a fantastic Fish N shop!

A pleasent stay in Wa

The Beach House was spacious and accomodated 8 people nicely. The house was clean and had character. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels and linen.
The house was well furnished and had plenty of cutlery and dishware. You only needed to bring yourself and clothing.
The spa was a hit with the children and was in good working order and was always warm and relaxing.
Other essentials included and iron and ironing board, good washing machine, television, dvd player and stereo.
The Beach House is in a good location being in walking distance to shops and the beach.
There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that needed addressing, but other than that the Beach House is a good place to stay and holiday at.
If we holiday at Shoalwater again then we would have no hesitation in staying at the Beach House if it was available.

Awesome Stay

The beach house was well located, a short walk to the local shops/pub. A slightly longer walk to the beach. The BBQ was in tip top shape and the outdoor courtyards were a pleasure to spend time in, even with a few cobwebs around. The Spa seemed in good working order although we never got around to using it. We loved the unwalled ensuite in the Master bedroom. We had a few issues but they have been addressed. In all it was a lovely, quirky house to stay in and we would reccomentd it to anyone thinking of staying in the area.

Relaxing Weekend

We stayed at the Beach house for our anniversary and had a lovely time exploring the area. The Beach house was everything we could have wanted. Located in a quiet area, clean and tidy. Next time we might take the family as there is plenty of room and every thing you need for time away from home is right there.

Perfect for Families

I am happy that I stumbled onto this holiday home on the net. It was three minutes from my father's place in Safety Bay and the price for me and my three sons was very, very competitive.Booking on-line was easy and straightforward, as were the arrangements for key pick-up. House was very comfortable and spacious and exactly what we were looking for. It had all the essentials that a normal home would have. The spa was a big hit with my sons who were in it every day. All in all, a very enjoyable stay that was probably the best value we have had in a long time.

The house proved to be in a good location for me (Adam) personally being close to the Rockingham Dialysis Unit, shopping centres, main highways and of course, our grand daughter in Baldivis. Thank you for making the house available to us.
There were a few minor faults but these did not detract from our overall enjoyment and general satisfaction of the house and its facilities.
We found it comfortable and well outfitted.
The house was spacious enough and adequately outfiited to cater for my family group of 4 adults and 3 children.

Fantastic Holiday Home

We had a marvellous stay at the beach house. The house has a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. It easily accomodated us and our baby daughter as well as our dog. Close to shops and the beach. The spa is lovely and the courtyards are ideal for relaxed dining.

A great holiday home with all the luxuries. Nice to have a bath. Spa was great. Location is very quiet. Place was clean and tidy with a few extra's like Dvd's to watch or board games to play. A few minutes from the foreshore and restaurants made this an ideal place to stay.

Very comfortable, easy accomodation. Everything you need. I only stayed 2 nights,for buisness, so didn't use all the facillities.
As it was winter I used the heater, very efficient. the bed was quite soft, but comfy and the pillows were really great !
Very good location, quiet and private. A good IGa supermarment withing walking distance, open till 8pm .

We stayed a few stays at the beachhouse and travelled mostly to Perth. The location is excellent, close to the beach, Penguin Island and the Rockinham promenade. Link to Perth via the freeway is excellent.

Thanks for your review and for letting potential guests know just how easy it is to get to Perth. I think sometimes people are daunted by the fact Rockingham is 50km from the city, without realising how convenient both the freeway and train can be.

We had a great 4days & nights at Pennys House, Not enough time to enjoy the spa or B B Q. But the Beds were very soft and warm did not want to get up in the mornings. As there were only two of us we had enough room to hold a big party.
House was spotlessly clean as were all the contents. I would recommend this house to all.

My husband,children and I had a great time, it was very relaxing, the shops was a walking distance, lots of space, nice outdoor aeras, the spa was warm, we would go back again for another holiday in time, its worth going back.

Has everything you could need and want for a quick or long break. We also had our two dogs stay with us and were happy knowing that they were safe and secure whenever we went out!
A hop skip and a jump away from the beach and the local supermarket.
And the master bed was sooo comfortable!
Thanks Penny for your warm hospitality, we will definately be staying again and so will our family and friends when they visit the Rockingham area next :)

A great dog friendly beach stay

The home and location had everything you could imagine to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
From the dual outdoors entertainig area, complete privacy, the spa, the quiet street, to the many amenities within the house itself.
The beach and a local shopping centre being just a short walk away was just perfect and the best thing about our stay .The morning and evening walks by the beach were priceless.
It was clean and well presented but also homely and comfortable but most importantly stressfree with the dogs and my little one year old girl.
It was spacious enough that we even had to block some of the house off so my Blind dog didn't take too long to find his way around.
Would stay again with the dogs if we didn't now live so close ourselves.
