Our Victorian house is three stories with a two bedroom unit on the first, a one bedroom unit on the second floor and third floor, this listing is for the first floor unit. The first floor has its own private entrance from the main stairway vestibule and the front porch. The unit has one bath with a claw footed tub, eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, and a living room with HD TV and DVD player. This unit has a private front porch.

mu family and i had a fantastic stay in this lovely victorian. it was close to the lobster fest as well as great restaurants and tourist attractions.
the hosts were more then helpful in navigating around, suggestions and just a great couple to sit and drink coffee with in the mornings.
cannot recommend this property high enough. in fact, i never wanted to leave
