Our Victorian house is three stories with a two bedroom unit on the first and second floor, and a one bedroom unit on the third floor. This listing is for the third floor air conditioned one bedroom unit which has its own private entrance from the main stairway vestibule, one bath with a claw footed tub, kitchen, dining room and a living room. This unit also has a nice view of Rockland Harbor and Lighthouse from the bedroom and living room.

The place was very accommodating. The bedroom is large and there was a dining and a living room too. As promised (& appreciated) there is a view of the water and of sunrise! The tub was nice also! Some noise from the street in the morning was present, but waking up in Maine was a great! The "strip" of Rockland was really just steps away.
