We offer a fantastic location on Atlantic Avenue across the street from Rockport Harbor, just short scenic stroll to the shops, galleries, restaurants, Shalin Liu Performance Center, and Old Garden Beach.

We offer one guest room in the house on the second floor with a private deck overlooking the harbor and Sandy Bay with a queen bed, TV, WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. This room is $150 per night tax included for two or $900 per week.

The second rental is a one bedroom unit with a queen size bed, a living room and kitchen, and is perfect for comfortable weekly stays. This unit is $175 per night with tax and t...wo night minimum or $1100 per week Relax in the rocking chairs on the front deck, enjoy a complimentary drink and refreshents, and watch lobster and sail obats come and go from the busy harbor or enjoy a cookout in the backyard. Halyard Guest House is located on beautiful Atlantic Avenue which runs parallel with Rockport Harbor. We offer offstreet parking and a location second to none. It is quiet at the guest house but just a stroll to the busy downtown area, Bearskin Neck, Sandy Bay Yacht Club, Shalin Liu Performance Center and Old Garden Beach.
We have two units available. One is a one bedroom unit with kitchen and living room. This unit has a queen bed and a sofa that turns into a double bed. Suitable for a couple and 1 or two small children.
The second unit is rented as a one bedroom with queen bed or with an additonal bedroom with another queen and twin bed. Sleeps 4 easily.

  The Halyard Guest House offers two rooms. One is upstairs with a great view over the harbor at Rockport, the other (in which we stayed) is at the back of the house but offers a gas stove, large refrigerator, pull out sofa bed, as well as a queen sized bed in a separate room. We had chosen this room as we wanted to be able to cook for ourselves and were staying 3 nights originally (ended up staying an extra night as we were enjoying ourselves so much).
  
  Jon and Dawn were perfect hosts: friendly and hospitable but not intrusive. The small apartment we stayed in was perfect for us. Everything was clean with lots of storage space for those staying more than a couple of nights. The walls are decorated with paintings from local artists. The front deck is a lovely place to sit on a rocking chair with a glass of wine as you look over the harbor. (Dawn popped her head out to see if we wanted some fresh cornbread she had just made!)
  
  The main street and Bearskin Neck are just a couple of minutes walk down the road and the Rockport Headland up a small pathway just up the road from where we were staying.
  
  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
