Fabulous bay front home perfect for smaller groups! This quaint and cozy house has one bedroom plus a loft - the master bedroom has a king size bed and the loft bedroom has a queen size bed. Wrap around porches offer spectacular views of Copano Bay. Walk right out the back onto the private lighted fishing pier to try your luck at catching trout, redfish, flounder, black drum, and blue crabs. Enjoy sunsets over the bay, dolphin sightings, and a wide variety of birds including great blue herons and pelicans.

Our stay was fine until 2 men came unannounced to change the filter on the air conditioning. This could have been done after our stay but they says they was sent by the management. This would've been the perfect vacation to relax and do some fishing if we wasn't big brothered by the management. The house and the location was amazing but the management... I would love to come back and re-visit only if the management can promise let us enjoy the pease and quite to have a memorable vacation. Other than that the fishing and Rockport, Tx was amazing. Get it right. :-)

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bay House. Perfect size for the 4 of us with beautiful views. House had everything we needed, my husband grilled steaks while looking out onto the bay! Dolphin sightings and caught several trout.

Had a great time, the fishing setup is great. Feels just like the picture looks, quiet. Close to town but away from it all. Very reasonable pricing. You won't regret it.

We thought the house was great with one exception - the floor was covered with cat hair. The house hadn't been vacuumed for some time. There were balls of hair on the floor and under the beds. We found a vacuum in the house and vacuumed the whole house, We had to do this because our daughter and myself are very allergic to cats. Whoever used the vacuum last hadn't emptied the dirt/dust out of it and the suction hose was hooked-up wrong. They might have been vacuuming, but they weren't doing any good.

When you travel for the Holidays, you go out of your way to have a memorable experience. Miss Kittys has never let us down. Any opportunity we have, we look to stay at one of Miss Kitty properties. Everything is perfect. The locations are great, the homes are excellent, and the interaction with the staff is always pleasant. I would recommend Miss Kittys properties to everyone.

The Bay House is comfortable for 4 adults! My husband and I woke every morning to "Sherman" the island bird. Secluded in a quiet neighborhood, this clean home was perfect for a no-demand vacation. The fishing village in Rockport was very helpful renting us equipment to fish and making suggestions. The water is waste deep and warm, perfect for rafts to lounge during the day and in the evenings fish are clearly visible in the bay. We were in awe how close the dolphins came and the beautiful sunsets that set the mood for steak and seafood on the grill while enjoying the air conditioning of a summer home! We would surely visit again and miss it every day.

It was a beautiful place. I had family from Portland come meet us there. We were celebrating my husbands birthday. Some man brought the trash cans in from street and was peeping in. After that I received a call from management saying there was too many people there & it was too loud. That I had only paid for 4. I don't like being monitored & didn"t appreciate that call. We will not be staying there again.

The Bayhouse is a small house that has a maximum occupancy of 4people. We saw a large number of cars and 12 people out on the pier at night. We typically do not disturb our guests, but if we see them taking advantage of our homeowners and breaking our rules and rental agreement, then we do step in and let the guests know that they are breaking the rules. I am sorry if you do not agree with this, but it is our policy.

We only needed food & beverages, nearly everything else was furnished. The bedding was top of the line luxury on comfy beds. The wraparound porch made our outside pursuits most enjoyable and the private pier was a bonus. The everpresent ducks & birds keep you amused as does the great fishing. We enjoyed the presence of a charcoal grill but it needs to be replaced (one bad leg). A Perfect Getaway, we loved every second & will return at our first opportunity.

We stayed at Miss Kitty's Bayhouse for 4 spectacular nights. From the welcoming atmosphere of the wrap around porch and bright living area to the luxurious beds and linens, it was all more than we ever expected. And the fishing! We caught 40+ trout every night. And a few red fish, a stingray, black drum, and more than a few gaff tops. The house was really well equipped with everything we needed. And the beds- more comfy than ours at home. We didn't want to leave. But we will be back, that is for sure.

Half on going fishing is getting ready, but it was easier knowing how "Bay House" was equiped so that all we needed to bring was food and our fishing supplies. The place was very clean and ready for guests. We should have checked for an easier place for kayaks because the long wait for the ferry was a bummer! Really nice place for 4 adults to stay Fishing is a game of chace and in that regard we lost but the rest was really great
