Great fishing, spectacular views, and spacious accomodations await you at Coco's Retreat! This 3 story house has year round sunsets which can be viewed outside from wrap around decks or inside from floor to ceiling picture windows. A spacious floor plan and plenty of outdoor space makes this house the perfect retreat for groups up to 10 people.

The 3rd story master bedroom has a king size bed, a spacious bathroom, and a private balconey with forever views of Copano Bay. Two more bedrooms are located on the second and main level of the house. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom. The fo...urth bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a private bathroom. There is additional sleeping on daybeds in the living room.

Kids and adults will love the pool table but the best part of Coco's Retreat is the outside area. Covered patios and decks plus a large grassy yard with abundant water frontage make this location ideal. Fishing is great near the house from the lighted bulk head or walk out the private, lighted fishing pier to cast out a line. The 1st renters caught a 27-inch redfish from the bulkhead!

Coco's Retreat has 2 boat lifts. One fits boats 18-24 ft with t-tops and the other fits 14-20ft boats without t-tops. Other amenties include wireless internet service and a charcoal grill. Coco's Retreat is sure to become a Miss Kitty's favorite!

  Love the house and fishing pier. However, I really felt being watched and monitored after being told by rental company that the owner saw the kids in the garage and we shouldn't have had access to it. Which was fine my kids were playing with chalk on the ground nothing drastic but when I asked how did the owner find out only of our curiosity I mentioned if the neighbor had seen the kids or did the owner live next door or something. The lady from rental company (very nice)said in a very uncomfortable way that the owner saw the kids on camera and he can view the property from his home. So that's when it hit me. I just felt like our every move was being watched. The owner has cameras around home but for us it just felt a little eerie. If you want complete privacy this might not be the spot and Miss Kitty has other nice rentals that are not so intrusive.

  I am sorry that you felt your privacy was compromised at this rental home. The owner of this home does have security cameras on the outside of the home and the garage only along with signs notifying guests the cameras are on. This is the only home that we manage at this time that has such a feature. The garage at this home is supposed to be locked so that guests do not have access to the things that the homeowners keep in there, but it seems this was not the case during your stay.
