Now with wireless internet service! Copano Palms sits on a canal and faces the bay. The wrap-around porches and extensive deck offer water views in all directions. A private boat ramp and boat dock are on site as well as a lighted fish cleaning stand. Inside is a cozy home that has been completely updated and nicely furnished.
The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all open to each other and are located on the second level of the home. There is cable tv in the living room as well as each bedroom. Copano Palms was a lovely a frame house and it was extremely convenient to habe its own boat launch and covered boat slip. The bottom floor is a garage converted into a small apartment, not connected by an indoor stairway to the main house...would be nice if travelling with 2 families. We ended up just storing our gear in there. Big deck, fenced yard, lots of outdoor lighting. Can see Copano bay from front deck and top floor. Scenic sunrises and sunsets. Only reason I did not give a top rating was because of a few minor maintenance issues like a loose door handle, outdoor rocker needing fixing or replacement, and when we were there boxes were delivered from time warner cable... called the office to let them know and they said they would send someone the same say to hookup... no one ever showed up...so we still had tv anyways but no wifi.

I apologize about the maintenance issues. We do ask that all of our guests call us and let us know while they are here about any maintenance issues so we can fix them right away. The door handle was discovered the next day by housekeeping and fixed the same day. We have the outdoor rocker fixed. We are so happy your enjoyed your stay at Copano Palms!
