We could not have been happier with the service provided by Miss Kitty's. We stayed at the Beach House which was more than we expected. Right on the Bay, great fishing pier (unfortunately the fish were on vacation at the same time)and all the amenities one could ask for. We will definitely return, hopefully, when the fish decide to return.

This is the second year we have gone to The Beach House for our family vacation. The vacation consists of 3 families with 6 kids total, ranging from 7 yrs - 15 yrs. We love the house. It is roomy and comfortable. The fishing is fun, not too many keepers but the action is there. Dolphin watching is awesome (thats why we didn't catch fish). One night they ran right under our pier chasing bait. The location is right on the bay. Sunsets are beautiful. There are several things in town for kids to do. We went to the beach, to the aquarium, walked the town and shopped and ate in town for lunch. There are many many picture opportunities. One day we went to the beach in aranasas. Rode the ferry over. Kids loved it! Beach was clean and water really nice and clear. This is our 3rd year to go to Rockport and 2nd to stay in The Beach House. We will definitely be back. In fact we are already planning a trip with friends in the spring. The staff at Miss Kitty's is friendly and informative. There are big grocery stores so we buy when we get there. Bait shops are plentiful.

This house is great for a nice, relaxing family vacation. It is big enough for everyone to have their own space, or to be alone. We love the apartment downstairs. It allows the younger family members to stay up as late as they want while the older folks can sleep upstairs! The private dock is awesome for late night fishing and the access to the bay is great for our kayaks. We love feeding the ducks and watching the dolphins from the deck. The sunsets are spectacular! We have stayed here three years in a row and we will be back. The location is close to downtown Rockport and a short drive to Corpus Christi and Port aransas. We love the area and all it has to offer.

Cold front blew in the day we arrived. Fishing from the pier was excellent. Caught several nice black drum and two really nice sheephead. The house is nice, way bigger than the two of us needed. Only issue was the there was not any running water at the fish cleaning table.

i have stayed with miss kitty a ton of times over the last several years, and the one thing that i remember about this time is that despite the fact that we couldn't catch anythign of size off of our pier, dixie would bring us over every morning a bucket of keepers that she didn't want. at some point in a future stay, i would like to bring her a bucket of fish. i had fun as always and will see you soon.

Our family stayed at the Beach House and a couple of other of Miss Kitty's rentals for my dad's 80th birthday. We had a very large group and Miss Kitty's was very accomodating. They even brought my dad a gift which was very thoughtful. We hope that this stay started a tradition that we will carry on each year. We are looking forward to going back next summer and many summers hereafter.
