This fun and spacious three bedroom two bath house is ready and waiting for you to vacation. From watching the sun rise over the water on the lanai to grilling the fish caught earlier in the day this house has everything you need to enjoy your time away.
The master bedroom has a king bed and its own full bath while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The kiddos will love the bunk room with their own TV and DVD player. The bunk has a full size bottom and a twin top with plenty of floor space for an air mattress or sleeping bag for that extra sleeper. Games for all ages fill this closet.

We spent Christmas week at Sun of a Beach in Rockport, TX. There were 4 adults and one grandchild and the house was perfect for us. The house comes with everything you could need while staying for a week. Great place to stay!
We could see the ocean from our deck and Rockport Beach was close by. Our grand-daughter loved the beach. We enjoyed walks along Water Street overlooking the ocean.
Saw lots of birds, and dolphins frolicking out in the waves.
Rockport is a cute little beach town and Corpus Christi and North Padre Island are only minutes away. Lots to do and see.

My family and I had such a fabulous time at your lovely beach house over Labor Day weekend! It was perfect for our three families and the kids. We spent the days fishing, swimming, walking along the beach, and playing games on the lanai. Your house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our time at the house, not to mention your very friendly neighbors. We will defintely be staying here again and can't thank you enough for such a great weekend.

What a amazing weekend we had. This house was very clean and stocked with anything and everything you could need. Plenty of room for our family and our plus one guest. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Great kitchen space for cooking, lots of extras!
Our GPS got us lost and off the path. We ended up on the wrong side of the main highway, but once we got there it was worth the wait.
I can't wait to book my next little mini getaway!
My favorite part was sitting on the porch watching the sunset/sunrise. Such a great view of the water! -

The name of the beach house sold me and lived up to my expectations and the groups. Easily accomadating the group as far as living, showering and sleeping quarters. The second floor deck had a fabulous view with comfort and the house had a great color scheme and comfort.

We usually take a big family vacation every year. This summer we have to take a couple small ones here and there due to my husbands class schedule. We have never stayed at a beach house before and decided this summer would be the perfect time to. I must admit I was a little hesitant renting a beach house online (you hear of so many scams)but Mrs. Buffone was very quick to answer any questions we had in our email. This eased my mind alot. The beach house itself is so beautiful! I feel that the photos do not do this amazing house justice. It was beautiful and kid friendly which was very important to us since we were traveling with 5 kids ages 9-5months. The house is fully equiped so i didnt have to worry about lugging all thier toys (sand/board games) around cause they were already there for us to use! The beach house is like a home away from home! we were glad to have use of the washer and dryer provided it made unpacking here at home sooo much easier!I cant wait to go back! Rockport is so family friendly I was just glad to take a break from Galveston and the college kids it brings during the summer time. Thank you Mrs. Buffone for a wonderful time we cant wait to book again!

We rented a beach house for a week. I brought my parents and my family. We had a very relaxing and fun filled vacation. The house had everything you can think of and more. I enjoyed getting up and watching the sunrises, very beautiful. The tempature was in the 100's then, but, when we was at the house, there was always a very cool breeze. It was wonderful. We played games and went to the beaches. All the neighbors were very friendly. My 5 yr old son, had a very good time. Had many games to choose from. He had fun watching the fireworks. Overall, it was the best relaxing vacation we have had in many years.

We've stayed in this house 2 (maybe 3) times and will stay here each time we visit Rockport. The view is absolutely amazing and it's great sitting out on the front lanai with the breeze from the water cooling you down. The kitchen is full of whatever you would need (minus the food). The whole house is warm and inviting and I would definitely recommend this to other renters.
