There is plenty of seating at the kitchen table and bar area. The kitchen is stocked for cooking and dining. This home is also pet friendly!
Casa Del Pescador is a three bedroom, two bathroom home that will sleep 10 of your closest friends or family members! The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a day bed, a private bathroom, and a 32" flat screen TV. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen size bed, a hollywood bathroom and a 32" flat screen TV. The other guest bedroom has two twin bunk beds, a hollywood bathroom and a 32" flat screen TV.
The 1st level has a covered concrete patio that is furnished with patio furniture and a hammock, a gas BBQ grill, a wood/charcoal BBQ pit, a chimnea and a porch swing. The backyard is fully fenced / concreted, a perfect place for the kids and/or dogs to play. The 2nd level has a covered wood deck furnished with deck chairs, and two gates. The 3rd level is a wood observation deck. The cool bay breezes can be enjoyed on all three levels.
The long driveway provides covered / concrete parking that is large enough to accommodate up to (2) boat/trailers and (2) vehicles.
You will love this great vacation house, it is designed and furnished to accommodate large groups up to 10, or one or two couples of winter Texans. It is kid friendly, yet done in a grown up kind of way. We have tried to include everything needed in a vacation rental. Rockport is a small town that summons bird watchers from all over the world to visit the famed Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, home of endangered, migrating whooping cranes and other wildlife species. An array of Coastal birds visit the area that include Mallards, Great Blue Heron, Egrets, and the endangered Red-Billed Whistling Duck to name a few.
