Our condo is OCEAN FRONT which should not be confused with just ocean view. The proximity to the water makes ocean front more desirable. We do lots of extras for our condo such as stocking it with the latest dvd movies, cds for you listening pleasure, and games to while away your evenings if you like. Along with a 50 inch big screen tv in the living room come tvs in both bedrooms all hooked up to cable with extra channels, and they all have dvd/vcr capabilities.
