Sleeps 10 (MAX 8 Adults) -- Primary renter 25 or older
If you want a quiet get-away in the middle of everything - this is your house. It was built for families in mind and is my personal home
in a nice residential area - please do not book my house if you wanna party all night long - this is a nice residential area.

All concrete and landscaped walkway to the beach. Beaches are uncrowded, and still only 5 minutes to town - Walking distance to multiple restaurants /resorts - Very nice NEWER home in a great location with nice amenities
The best private beach in Rockypoint - The pictures do not show the beautiful details in this house - it is unlike any in RockyPoint and all brand new!
No long hauls to the pool or the beach - pool is outside the back door and beach is a 1 minute walk past the shower so you can rise off when coming back
After renting this property - you will never rent another condo

No splitting Friday/Saturday weekends
Unfortunately, I cannot enter into a contract with renters under 25
