We loved this home right on the beach in Rodanthe. Access to the beach was so easy...no dunes to traverse. The kitchen served all our needs and the views from the decks were wonderful. When sitting in the living room or dining room, the view out the windows made you feel you were in the middle of the ocean! My only negatives were the deck furniture was old and uncomfortable but we brought our own "chairs in a bag" so was not a problem; the TVs should be updated to Lcds and added to the bedrooms (only 2 TVs in the house); one of the beds in the room that has 2 twin beds was pretty squeaky...perhaps some Wd-40?
However, none of this is a deal breaker. We would definitely stay there again.
