A gas fireplace will warm your body and soul on cool winter nights.A hot tub on your unit’s shaded sound-front deck with privacy barrier is the perfect place to relax at the end of a fun-filled day any time of year. There is another small gated area at your front door for added privacy. The building’s elevator and covered parking areas for each unit make move-in a breeze.Spend some time at the on-site pool or walk out on the dock over the sound. Grill up the catch of the day on the charcoal grill behind the building. Direct sound access and lockable storage units large enough for windsurfing gear make these condos the perfect place for watersports enthusiasts.Unit 3C is on the far right of the upper level of the building. A king master bedroom is to the left of the front door as you come in. This spacious retreat features a Jacuzzi tub in the private bath. A bedroom with 2 twin beds and another king bedroom are on the right, sharing a bathroom off the hall.   One word accurately sums up our vacation stay in Sunset Resorts Unit 3-C...wow!!!
  
  Upon arrival the first ting you will notice is the stunning panoramic view of the Pamlico sound. The unit is indeed located soundfront, right on the water. The large windows provide an excellent and unobstructed view of the area. The second thing we noticed was how immaculately clean the unit was upon our arrival. The cleaning service used must provide white glove service, because there was no dust or sand to be found anywhere.
  
  The kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line appliances and all necessary kitchen utensils...and I mean everything. If you plan to cook during your vacation stay, there is not an item lacking in the kitchen department. You can cook like a gourmet if you choose to do so.
  
  The bedrooms were nicely appointed and provided enough room for privacy, or for taking that afternoon nap...after coming from the beach. The bedrooms (and the entire condo unit) are very quiet. We heard no noise form the neighbors next door, nor below us. Rest assured you will get the restful sleep you deserve during your stay.
  
  As the name implies, the sunset views are simply stunning. You can sit on your private deck (very wide) and enjoy remarkable sunsets, in absolute privacy. An added viewing pleasure pleasure is the many kiteboarders who frequent the are when weather conditions are just right. It was like watching a ballet on water. Very cool. Also on the deck is the hot tub provided just for your family. Large enough to hold four adults, it is fully jetted and quite relaxing. The hot tub is very well maintained. Mid week during our stay, the pool service politely knocked on our door and asked to treat the hot tub. The pool service girl was in and out in less than five minutes, ensuring that the hot tub was clean, Ph balanced and functioning properly. Great service.
  
  The pool area is very well maintained and the pool itself is attended to on a daily basis. There are multiple sun loungers for you to enjoy the sun and catch some rays pool side. We enjoyed the pool after spending most of our time on the beach.
  
  The unit is also within walking distance to the ocean/beach. The entire land area of Rodanthe is only about 500 yards wide between the sound and the ocean at this location, so getting to the beach is literally only a 4 to 5 minute leisurely walk down the street and over a pristine sand dune. The condo is centrally located in the quaint town of Rodanthe. The area is a great starting point for day trips to other OBX towns either north or south of here. Another perk is that Rodanthe is one of the most quiet and relaxing towns in the outer banks.
  
  The pictures provided by the owner/rental agency are accurate but do not do justice as to how nice this unit is. Ceilings are very high, furniture is very comfortable, and the unit itself is roomier than the pictures would have you believe. Decoration is island/tropical and immediately puts you in the vacation mode. The condo is also very private in every way. For those who have difficulty walking up to the third floor, an elevator is always ready and available for your use.
  
  To summarize, Unit 3-C has the wow factor we were looking for during our vacation stay. Fantastic views, great comfort, peace and quiet, and nicely appointed furnishings. We did not want or need for anything...the condo provided for all of our needs. We had a great trip, we hope you do also.
