This is the smallest house we've ever stayed in, but we got used to it fast. At first, we were upset at the cramped feeling, but once we got used to not having a huge house we actually enjoyed the smaller house. All the rooms had enough space, but the bathrooms were very tight. Thought it was a closet until opening the door and realzing it was a bathroom (both are the same size).
The location is amazing. Right on the beach, with wonderful views. The one thing we did miss about a big house is having views from the living room, but just walk out to the deck for an amazing view. The view from the king bedroom was the best.
The beds were comfy, but the couches were not. They were small and just flat out uncomfortable to sit on.
Also, on the deck, was the hot tub. It seemed quite big, and the views of the ocean from it were amazing.
All in all, we'd stay here again. We will end up getting a bigger place (through Midgett Realty which is always amazing), but would have no issue staying here again or recommending it. I think if they'd put some comfortable furniture in the living room, it would take it up a few notches.
