Historical and lovely Campo de Fiori apartment

The Campo dè Fiori area borders both Via Giulia and its Renaissance feel and Piazza Navona with its Baroque atmosphere. But although only 150 meters each way to these particular places, the area carries its own character that is like no other in Rome. Steeped in history and myth, it is not only one of the places to go as a visitor, but is also one of the favourite areas for the young Italians at night, making it a lively and trendy neighbourhood in historical Rome. It holds the great charm however, throughout the day and early evening. The alley that the apartment it is heavily associated with medieval times and crafts from that era onwards. All facilities such as grocery stores and other necessary goods are "at the doorstep", obviously with many restaurants, bars and cafes.
From here you can basically walk to all the central and most attractive sightseeings of the City, yet having access to surface public transports and taxi stations – there is no metro service within the very centre of the city due to archaeological risk.
ROOMS AND AMENITIES
The entrance is through small wooden door to the street and straight up some relatively easy stairs to the second floor. The apartment door is on this first landing called “ballatoio”..
The street is tiny (few cars can fit) and gets lively sometimes in the summer and weekends. However, windows are state of the art sound proof.
There are two completely separate rooms plus bathroom. There is a kitchen/dining/sitting area at the entrance to the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped for a variety of cooking. A wood dining table is adjoining the kitchen and there is a sitting area adjoining that. The small sofa is also a sofa-bed. In the bathroom, accessed also from this area, has a shower, WC, washing basin and bidet. Down a small hallway, you reach the main room. Here there is an excellent king size bed, table and chairs, plus lounging chair, a large wardrobe, cable TV plus air conditioning.

The apartment is designed for a couple or for a family of max 3.
The condo is a small unit of only 5 apartments, attached to a series of other similar traditional buildings of differents colours and shapes, which is what gives special character to the Old Town.
This flat is located in the very core of the neighbourhood of Campo de Fiori, a most charming area with plenty of bars, traditional restaurants, and amazing buildings and churches.
The most endearing feature of this apartment is the ability to have the life and atmosphere of Rome only a few yards away, while maintaining a peaceful historic atmosphere being tucked away form the bustle.
Polly lives very nearby and will be happy to assist you during your stay. It is possible to arrange pick-up/drop-off at a reasonable price.

The minimum stay is 3 nights.
All stays shorter than 3 days will be negotiated separately depending on availability.
The apartment is for Touristic Rentals only
A CHECK-IN APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE prior to arrival.
The earliest time to receive the keys and leave your luggage is 10:00 am.
For arrivals after 9:00pm there is an additional € 25,00 fee for late check-in.
For arrivals after 11:00pm there is an additional € 35,00 fee for late check-in.
Must occur NO LATER than 10:00am on your departure day unless otherwise agreed upon with your apartment representative.
All visitors who stay in an accommodation facility within the territory of the Municipality of Rome have to pay the "Tourist Tax" established by the City Council.
The overnight tax of € 2,00 is only due for the first 10 days. Kids under 10 years of age do not pay.
RESERVATIONS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
The payment of a deposit could be required upon confirmation. The deposit will not be refundable.
It can be paid by Paypal. At the PayPal payment will be added PayPal percentage (4%)
Payment terms of the balance will be determined specifically in the Confirmation Voucher.
Animals are not allowed.
Apartment is smoke-free. We kindly ask our clients to respect this rule.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Guests are expected to arrive after 12:00pm (midday). However, the check-in may be scheduled before depending on availability.
The apartment must be vacated at 10:00 am on the day of departure, but guests can leave thier luggage in the accommodation, free of charge, if there are no other arrivals scheduled for that day.
This can be arranged with the proprietors, one day before the check-out date.
The Guests are kindly asked to provide a photocopy of their passport for every Guest staying at the apartment.
It is not permitted to bring guests in the apartment unless their passport (or any other valid ID) has been registered, or without the owner's permission.
If the apartment and/or any of its contents are damaged by Client, or his/hers Guests, the Client will be held responsible for the damage.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND SAFETY
The owner of facilities is in any way responsible for the Clients' personal belongings, nor for any other situation relative to the Clients' personal safety.
The owner reserves the right to access the apartment if urgent maintenance problems occur.
