Description from the owner

This bright Roman apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator of a typical Roman building dating back to the 1800 and consists of a master bedroom with double bed and a single bed, a second bedroom with four single beds, then there's the third bedroom with a king size bed (180x220) and another single bed (90x220).

The rooms have large windows, so that plenty of natural light pours in.The fully equipped kitchen has a four burner gas stove, a microwave oven, cofee maker, refrigerator and washing machine.

There's a nice bathroom which has a bath and shower and a second private W.C. with handbasin and bidet.

      Extraordinary location by Colosseum

Left on 03/17/2013 for a stay in March 2013

We stayed at this exceptional apartment near the Colosseum. The apartment was extremely clean and the amenities were beyond what we expected. Julia was wonderful and helped us identify some local restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is well suited for a family. It is within walking distance from the metro station or several bus stops. It is also within walking distance from the Roman forum. The beds were very comfortable. Julia was very accomodating during check-out (as we needed a place to leave our bags while waiting for our transportation to the airport). We definitely recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Rome with a family or a large group of individuals.

      Wonderful staying!

Left on 01/14/2013 for a stay in January 2013

It was my 5th staying in Rome but the first one in such good conditions.
Everything was brilliant - the rental was clean, bright, with good designer concept and (it's important for Rome apartments) warm with hot water 24/7. Besides it's located in the heart of Rome, you're really enjoying all benefits of such location. Wherever you go - to via del Corso, Trastevere, San Giovanni, Celium etc it takes only few minutes to reach the destination. So I will recommend this apartments to all my friends. Julia, thank you very much!!

      Lovely apartment in perfect location

Left on 03/23/2012 for a stay in March 2012

8 of my friends and I recently stayed in Julia's apartment and had a fantastic time. The apartment is literally 2 blocks from the colisseum and 15-20 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and other sites. Also easy walking distance from the train station. The apartment was very nice and the high ceillings made it feel roomy and light. There were enough chairs for us to all sit around the table before going out on an evening which was another bonus. The beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of linen. There were some lovely bars and restaurants on the surrounding streets from the apartment as well as 2 very close supermarkets. The apartment was perfect for our weekend away and Julia was very helpful and nice to deal with.

      Fabulous weekend getaway!

Left on 11/13/2011 for a stay in November 2011

My eight friends and I rented this apartment for a weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, only about a five minute walk from the Colosseum! Grocery store a block away which was handy for making our own meals (a necessity for students on a budget)! The landlord was very pleasant and helpful, and promptly answered all of my emails. Only a few very minor issues, including the oven which we could not figure out how to turn on, the fact that we only had two keys between nine of us, the slightly complicated check in, and the 300 euro damage deposit which is turning out to be quite a hassle to get back. Very clean and cozy, loved that they provided us with two towels each. Split between 9 people works out to the same price as a mediocre hostel so definitely worth the bit of extra effort!

Perfekter ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch in Rom!

Left on 10/16/2010 for a stay in October 2010

      Great location with Spacious accomodations

Left on 07/03/2010 for a stay in June 2010

Spacious (3) bedroom 1 1/2 bath apartment in a lovely Rome neighborhood footsteps from the magnificent Colosseum. Numerous neighborhood cafes and restaurants nearby. Great location near the metro, bus, and taxi lines. Just about everything is walkable from this location. It was perfect for busy days exploring the city, and enough space for all of us (including a 14 and 16 year old) to spread out in and to enjoy some down time. Julia and her staff were very accessible and helpful.

An enjoyable stay in a great part of Rome for tourists wanting

Left on 01/12/2010 for a stay in December 2009

We were a party of 9, so it was quite difficult to find a space for all of us, so
we were pleased when I spotted this apartment. There was some initial
payment confusion, which was sorted by email, and phone, and when I
spoke to Julia on the phone, she could not have been nicer or more helpful.
The apartment met our expectations, I would say it was "style on a budget"
which was fine. We had to sacrifice the lounge as one of the bedrooms, but
we had a good communal space in that we could gather around the dining
table, which had a television at its end. We stayed in the apartment in
December, and we were quite shocked about how cold Rome cold be in the
winter. The apartment was nice and warm though, and even after we had
left the heating off, heated back up again quite quickly. There was a
convenient hanging space room where we could hang all our wet coats to
dry. The 2 bathrooms were back to back, and a little old in style and noisy,
(lucky we were all friends!) but characterful. The kitchen was basic, but well
set out, (could not quite see where to plug the kettle in though...?)
The location was great for tourists, being very near the coluseum, and the
metro, there was a beautiful park at the end of the road, and a few good
bars and supermarkets nearby. The street the apartment was on was quiet
with well kept apartments, some of the adjacent streets were less so, but it
      did not bother us.
I would say that the apartment was good value for money, it more than
suited our needs, and we enjoyed our time there.

      A home away from home

Left on 11/25/2009 for a stay in May 2009

I have on several occations rented this appartment and others from the same company, and can truely say that each time I have been more than satisfied. Not only is it very spacious for italian standard, but it has also all the commodities one would need. Two bathrooms come in very handy when you are a group of (female!)friends travelling together. All the bedrooms were big and most importantly had comfortable beds, also having a kitchen saved us a fortune. You can't get more central than this since the appartment is situated right next to the Colosseum. I strongly recommended it!
