We rented this apartment out for our family of 5 in late November. Excellent location to every site in Rome, excellent nearby restaurants and cafes (I highly recommend Cul Du Sac restaurant, one block off the SW corner of Piazza Navona, and a five minute walk from the apartment). Interior is clean, beds are comfortable. Negatives/Improvement areas: no internet, no phone, and only a small screen tv, temperature control inside varied -/+3 degrees C, and occasional loud streets outside at night. Until internet is at apartment, plan on bringing an International cell phone to call for cabs, airlines, etc. Note on Payment: payment is expected upon arrival in Euros, but only reasonable place to exchange money is the (Italian) post office, which isn't open on Sundays. It cost us $250 fee to change over $1600 us dollars on Sunday in Rome--add that in to the cost if you're arriving on Sunday. It is a shame that payment could not have been in us dollars, it would have saved us $250...Nevetheless, I think this apartment is an excellent value.

Very central to most places of interest in Rome. Very clean with supplies of everything we needed for our stay including a washing machine. Could have done with a couple of extra pillows. The main bathroom ensuite large with a good shower which was appreciated after long days of sightseeing.
Only downside was the noise early mornings with tour groups passing through (not good if you are a light sleeper).
Lovely restaurant across the alley from the apartment which we used on several nights.(Vicollo 88)
Thankyou to Frederico who checked us in and out of the apartment. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Left his contact number if we needed any assistance during our stay.
Thank you Dorotea for your help during our planning stage from australia to find the right apartment for us and our cousins who joined us from the U.K. They were also pleased with location and presentation of their apartment.
Would certainly recommend your service and the apartment to anyone planning a trip to Rome. -

The location of apartment Francesca was perfect! My husband and I managed to walk to all the major sites (with a toddler on our backs in a pack!). It was down a nice side street - which by my standards was still pretty noisy, but not nearly as noisy as most of Rome - it's a constant buzz of motorbikes and tourists. If the windows sealed properly, this would help the noise reduction.
There was a good supply of linen, crockery, beds were comfortable, two bathrooms were a bonus, there was a little supermarket (which the check-in person thankfully pointed out) about 5 min walk away.
We stayed for 6 nights and were travelling with our 1 & 2 yr old, and it suited us perfectly. If we had of stayed in somewhere not so central, we wouldn't have been able to see what we did.

We just returned from a 5 day stay in Rome. Apartment Francesca is in a perfect location, only a few minutes away from Plazza Novona, you can also walk to Spanish Steps in about 10 minutes. Many nice restaurants near-by (we particularly enjoyed Osteria de Memmo, which is 100 meters from the apartment).
The apartment is nicely furnished, I think it's just recently remodeled.
Our host Dorotea is very responsive and helpful.
We would certainly return.

We had a lovely time in your apartment "Francesca." The location was wonderful, perfect set-up for our family of five, and we'd most definitely book your apartment again when we return to Rome. Giulia was at the apartment both upon arrival and for our departure time and made our check-in and check-out go smoothly. It was nice having a wash machine since we'd already been on our trip for several days and would be continuing our holiday after departing Rome. The neighborhood was quiet, too! Communication with Dorotea was easy and responsive. Thanks!
