Description from the owner
Located on the third floor of a prestigious 19th century building, the large 170 square metre apartment can easily sleep up to 10 people.
All the rooms are bright and airy thanks to the large windows which open onto Via Nazionale and the neighbouring street, while the noise of the traffic has been eliminated thanks to the use of the state of the art glazing techniques.
The apartment is composed of 3 large bedrooms, furnished with vintage furniture (2 with a double bed and one with two single beds), a large sitting room (containing two double sofa beds) with dining area, 3 bathrooms (1 with bath and 2 with shower), and a kitchen fi...Read more

Additional Location Information
Leading from Piazza della Repubblica (Linea A underground railway station) to Piazza Venezia, Via Nazionale passes close to both the Italian presidential palace (the Quirinale) and the recently restored former stables of the Quirinale which are now home to one of Italy’s finest art galleries (Scuderie del Quirinale) and is one of the busiest shopping streets in Rome.
The apartment is perfectly located for guests wishing to visit the Colosseum, the Imperial Forum, the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps, all of which can be easily reached on foot.
The lively Monti district in which the apartment is located, halfway between Via Nazionale and Via Cavour, offers ample opportunity to spend many pleasant evenings in traditional Roman restaurants or fashionable bars.
The area is extremely well connected by both bus (the bus stop is just a few yards from the apartment) and underground railway to all of Rome’s most important tourist attractions.

ViennaAn amazing place to stay in Rome
Left on 04/15/2013 for a stay in April 2013
Superb location. Close to all city attractions but not so far from Termini with a bus connection that leaves you right at the door of the building. Assistance and attention during the days we stayed at the apartment was 100% available despite of the holidays. Fine stores all over the place for shopping and nice cozy restaurants. I would not hesitate booking it again when I come back to Rome.

My husband and I were were traveling with 2 single women friends. This flat met our needs perfectly from the easy check in, gracious rental management folk, the cleaniness of the apartment and the perfect location. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and the local restaurants. It was wonderful, to come back from a full day of sightseeing, to a luxurious and cool place to relax before going out again for a late dinner. We were able to all sit together in the ample living room and plan our next moves or take a nap. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Apartamento bonito, pero poco cuidado
Left on 09/05/2012 for a stay in August 2012

We enjoyed our entire experience with the Rome Accomodation team. Everyone with whom we dealt were friendly and very focused on assisting us during our stay. Even after a misunderstanding upon arrival with our taxi service, the Rome Accomodation team assisted in making sure that the issue did not reoccur when returning to the airport at the end of our vacation.
The location and the accomodations were excellent, ie, well situated for a short walk to all major venues and transportation. Many shops, markets, and restaurants were close by. The apartment was very nice, well kept, and very comfortable. The only dislike about the facility would be that, because of its central location, there is a higher street noise level than one might expect...unless you already live in a major city.
We would (and have) recommend the Rome Accomodation team to anyone seeking to find a rental in Rome. -

Washington, DCQuirinale perfectly located!
Left on 02/10/2010 for a stay in July 2009
We stayed in Rome for 5 days with another family and were overwhelmingly pleased with the accommodation that the Quirinale provided. We were met by the agent just as planned, signed a paper and were handed the keys. Checkout was easier than that! The apartment was just beautiful and there was room for all 8 of us to spread out. There is a great grocery just a block away, and the Coliseum, Forum, Trevi Fountain, etc. are all within easy walking distance. Definitely a good value!
